August POV

I walked into Skyler's crib. I was out for almost 3 hours. I was out with some friends, and after that we decided to go to the ring store. No I wasn't going to ask Skyler to marry me, it was just a promise ring.

"Hey babe." Skyler said before giving me a kiss.

"Hey. Me and the boys are going to play basketball. Wanna be my cheerleader?"

"No."

"But they girls coming."

"Fine then. Can Mya come?"

"Yeah but who she gon be cheering for?"

She rolled her eyes.

"I love you baby."

"I love you too August."

"Now go get ready."

I got four water bottles. Skyler walked in the kitchen with a white skirt, blue shirt, and nike's on. "Babe really."

She nodded her head. We started walking to the court.

"Let's make a deal baby." Skyler said smiling.

"What's the deal?"

"If you beat Devin, and Bobby then we will have sex but if you don't win no sex."

"I see what you did there but ight. I'ma win."

We arrived at the court. I threw the ball at Mike.

I winked at Skyler.

Skyler POV

I started cheering for August. "LET'S GO BAE." Devin's girlfriend kept looking at me. I started texting Mya

Me: When you come bring me some candy and ice cream

Mya: Cool

15 minutes later

Mya came with everything I asked for. I ate my candy.

"Mya Devin girl keep looking at me."

"Well look at yo man compared to hers."

"LET'S GO BABY." I yelled while smiling at August.

Mike girlfriend walked over to me and Mya. "They're down there talking about you being supportive and shit. Its not your fault her man don't show her attention."

"Hey Tasha." Me and Mya said.

"Hey y'all."

I looked down at Devin and Bobby girlfriends and saw that they all had rings. I walked over to the boys.

"We won and that's it. No rematch. I'm tryna get me some tonight." August said laughing.

"Damn y'all ain't have sex yet?"

"No nigga. She makes a nigga wait and I like that about her."

"Uhh. August can I talk to you for a minute."

"Yeah sure."

We walked away from everyone. "Before you say something here's your ring bae. I promise not to leave you alone. I'm sorry I didn't give it to you earlier."

"Thanks. And that's not what I was talking about. I save my ice cream for us to share so you want some?"

August nodded. I kissed August. We was almost done till that stupid ass Jill Devin's girlfriend threw the ball at the ice cream. "Ooops."

"Ooops my ass." I said rolling my eyes.

"Don't roll your eyes at me."

"Who do you think you talking to?"

"I'm talking to you."

"Trick. Yo man don't even like you."

August grabbed my hand. "You dead wrong ma."

"She been looking at me sideways all day. I did nothing to her."

"I never liked that girl."

Mya, Tasha, Mike, Devin, and Bobby came running up behind us. They started laughing. "She back there looking stupid." Devin said.

"Look y'all can come over at 8:00 tonight but me and Skyler got to take care of some business."

"Y'all gon be doing it for that long? Its just now 1:00."

"Oh well." August said smiling.
