Forgiving

August grabbed my hand. "What do you mean she made you lose the child before Sabrina?" He asked. "Yo girl and her friends jumped me, if you wasn't a ho, maybe yo son woulda been here." I said while walking out my room. "Son?" He asked. I walked to Sabrina room.

"You okay Brina?" I asked. "Yes mommy." She said. When August walked in she grabbed my leg. "I think its best if you go." I said while picking up Brina. "Sabrina. I'm sorry. Me and your mom was just disagreeing with each other alright Sabrina?" August said. "Okay. Mommy can you put me to bed?" Sabrina asked.

"Sure." I said while laying her down on her bed and putting the blanket over her. I walked downstairs and opened the door. "Bye August." I said. "Look. I'm sorry. I was just upset. Why you never told me you was pregnant?" He asked. "Because. You wouldn't believe me. Plus you made it clear you didn't want any kids till you was 24 or so." I said.

"I'm sorry Sky. You made my girl lose her baby. Least you could do is forgive me." He said. "I'll forgive you but- Nicky. Your really late." I said while running over to give him hug. "Its Nick. Mya didn't wanna come. Guessing its that time of the month for her."

"Omg. I just got off yesterday." I yelled. "Ugh. Gross Sky." August said. "That stuff ain't nothing to brag about. You females make me sick when its that time of the month." Nick said. He gave me a kiss on the cheek. "I brought some chicken, pizza, and chinese food since you said ol dude couldn't cook." Nick said while unpacking the food. August looked at me and started shaking his head. "Sorry." I said.

"Its ight. I gotta go check on Tasha. Can you watch Tara till tomorrow?" He asked. I nodded my head. "Sure." I said. He picked up Tara and put her in the room with Sabrina. He kissed my lips. "Good night." August said. "Why?" I asked. "I felt like it." He said. I closed the door and walked in the kitchen.

"Who was dude?" Nick asked. "August. Sabrina's dad." I said. "That's the one that took you from me." He said. "No. You were already taken by some other girl. I'm going to bed."
