BONUS CHAPTER ~2~

Sabah's pov
After hearing the fact that ammi wanted to discuss about my prom date with abbu and the truth that i liked him, i slumped my shoulders and walked to my room feeling totally defeated and dejected. This couldn't get any worse.

Pehle yeh gandey exams ke results aur ab yeh naya siyappa. Uss raheel ko toh chodhungi nahi. Ruk ja bete, tujhe koi firangan ladki ke saath dekhlu toh, teri bhi khair nahi.

Frustrated, i sat down on the bed and stared at the pillow in my hands like i normally do when i am stressed out and this is one hell of such a moment! The door creaked open and the next thing i knew that was coming for me was my ammi aur abbu ki daant. Raheel was summoned to call me and he looked at me with a smirk on his face.

"Chalo, Sabah DHI, results have come home and abbu's expressions don't look good at all. I can give you a tip though regarding what happened downstairs, ammi told abbu about Aamir." I glared at him angrily but deep inside me, my heart sunk and my brain, my only good friend, decided to go on sleep mode.

I knew it that my results would be compared with the results of the padosan ki beti, chachi ke cousin ki beti aur pata nahi koun koun as it normally happens in every desi household.
I have heard these lectures before when i actually bunked my math classes, failed those exams and in my frustration, ended up breaking the jaw of a guy at school who abused me for being a desi.

Believe it or not, i was grounded for two freaking weeks and Raheel enjoyed every moment of it.

I walked down those stairs and went in the living room where i sat beside abbu.
Gosh!!!
This would be damn embarrassing. Everyone was present there. No God, this can't go worse than it already is.
I waited with a bated breath as abbu opened his mouth to give me a piece of his mind.

Aamir's Pov
I gazed at the picture in my phone for the umpteenth time. The picture which i never get tired of looking at. The picture which captured my girl beautifully.
Sabah Hussain Asif, the love of my life.
I always felt like approaching her and asking her out but could never gain the courage within me.

She always avoided my eyes and looked away blushing whenever i would stare at her. Finally, prom night gave me the opportunity to ask her out and she agreed!!!
I never felt like she would agree but i finally got that opportunity of asking her out.

My phone buzzed and taking a look at my notifications, i saw her text.

Sabah Love❤ : Hey, u busy?

Me: Nope, anything important?

Sabah Love❤ : Umm...could you come home right now?
                        I could text you the address.

Me: Yeah sure, expect me there in ten minutes.

I smiled to myself and got up from my bed to get dressed. My phone buzzed once more and i saw her address.
Woah!!
We just lived five blocks away from each other.

Hussain's pov
"Relax Nimra, main baat karunga ussey. I am sure this Aamir guy who has asked her out, koi shareef banda hi hoga. Hamari Sabah itni bhi bewakoof nahi hai jo kisi bhi Tom, Dick and Harry ko haan kardegi."

I fumbled with her fingers in my hands and asked Raheel to summon Sabah. When the entire family was gathered downstairs, i asked Sabah about Aamir.

"Sabah, dekho bacha, you are my little princess. Main bilkul bhi nahi chahunga ki koi bhi tumhara dil dukhaaye. Your mom told me about Aamir and him asking you out but beta, we have to make sure that he is a good guy. Results kya hai yeh toh tumhe baad main bataunga par pehle tum humey Aamir ke baarey main batao."

Sabah looked at me and nodded her head in acceptance.

"Abbu, Aamir is a really good guy. Main usse pasand karti hu aur prom par jaaney ke liye bhi haa kiya because he is decent. Woh meri class mai hai and shares one subject with Alizah even. Alizah bhi usko jaanti hai." She looked at me then at Alizah who nodded her head in agreement.

"Sabah, bring me your phone and text Aamir right now. Ussey kaho ki woh yahaan aaye."

Sabah got up and walked to her room and soon came downstairs with her phone in her hand. I gave her a go-ahead and she texted Aamir in everyone's presence.

"Woh...woh aaraha hai in ten minutes."

I nodded my head and got up to leave when Sabah called out to me.

"Abbu, mere results?"

I looked down to avoid contact with her eyes but as soon as i looked up, her eyes were brimming with tears. I looked at everyone who started laughing at Sabah leaving her astounded.

"Princess, you have cleared your exams with a first position. I could never have been more proud of you than i am right now. This was all to surprise you and have a little bit of discovery about the shehzaada my princess likes. Aata hi hoga, tayaar hojao jaldi."

She beamed at me, tears still rolling down her face and came running into my arms to hug me tightly.

"Thank you so much Abbu. Aapse behtaar koi nahi samajhta mujhe and aapse ek promise karungi. Chahey kuch bhi hojaaye abbu, i promise to never let you down or ever feel ashamed because of me."

I hugged her back as tears started pouring from everyone's eyes at the sight we had created.

Desi ghar hai bhai.
Aise scene par toh Niagara falls toh niklenge hi aankhon se.

Now to meet Aamir!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
