Unlike in other languages, both female and male can call a person the same. For example: Guys calling girls 'sister' is okay; Girls calling girls 'sister' is also okay. However in Korea, there are words that are only spoken by boys when calling girls; words that are spoken by girls when calling boys.
Gender specific terms:

장인, 장인어룬 (changin, changineoreun) - father in law
장모, 장모님 (changmo, changmonim) - mother in law
아내 (anae) - spouse
형제 (hyeongje) - brothers
형, 형님 (hyeong, hyeongnim) - older brother
누나, 누님 (nuna, nunim) - older sister
Female♀
시아버지, 시아버님 (shiabeoji, siabeonim) - father in law
시아머니, 시아머님 (shiameonim, shiameonim) - mother in law
남편 (nampyeon) - spouse
오빠들과 남동생들 (oppadeulgwa namdongsaengdeul) -brothers
오빠 (oppa) - older brother
언니 (eonni) - older sister
