6) Veiw from Above or Below

I stood at the edge of a forest, I was side-ways on Coals' dragon form while Kin was leaning against his large grey head. I watched the town beneath us and turned into a human. I haven't been once ever since I was affected. I didn't realize that Kin was looking at me, when my head began to turn, eyes still locked on the sight his head snapped forward, away from my human self. "Isn't it pretty, we need to get a painter u here, capture the sight." I say talking about the brilliant view of the town. "Or we could just come up here every morning." Coal says, but is quickly followed by Kins' remark saying that 'he was just about to say that' or whatever. I see a black dot in the distance, yellow flags held high. Asteroids! "Coal fly lower, Kin jump off and warn the people when we get lower that an Asteroid army is nearing. He nods as Coals altitude drops.

~~~~Asteroid Soldiers' P.O.V~~~~

I glare at the female Tectonic, no doubt one of the cocky 'Creators' who have been planning to crush us under their mutant thumb ever since. I was sick of hiding, we were to kill Vertex and kill all of the Tectonic benders or shifters. We would not fail again! I was in the middle of the front row, someone gives out the command to charge and the female just floats about half a meter off the ground, black dress flaring up a bit, I commence charging at her. A yellow flagged spear punctures her dress whilst others grasp her flesh. She just floated, un affected. Suddenly her eyes flew open, violet light shooting from them. Tectonics spew from the towns' gates, we are in an all out brawl with them. Then I realize that Vertex was their source of bending..  

~~~~Kins' P.O.V~~~~

I launch a solider away with some wind, he lands on his back and rushes to fight someone else. I give a side-glance to Vertex, an Asteroid was coming closer! He drew his sword while she was off generating our power. This is not good. He slices and it catches a bit of her stomach, dress tearing. I try to go over but Asteroids challenge in front of me. I am soon climbing over them to try to get to her. I see her lower, No! He is gonna kill her! He cuts air again, glimpsing her arm. Benders are trying to multi-task getting him away and their other opponents, dragons being launched at my cannons. It was a massacre. I see more Creators come, they to become like Vertex, hovering and fulfilling our powrs to bend. The Asteroid is trying to get a good shot but only clips her dark hair. Then he gets one.

Right through her. I scream and all the sudden have adrenaline rush through me and all people fly out of my way, I catch her limp body. No no NO! I whistle and Coal swerves through cannons and arrives, I get on and grip Vertex as tight as I can, but a cannon knocks her loose, Oh my Freak!!! Her limp body begins to fall, some blood staying a bit after her.

~~~~Vertexs' P.O.V~~~~

I awake, hardly. I see Coal and Kin above me, I feel woozy. I see blood, all the sudden its everywhere, and I realize I'm falling. I hear someone unsheathe their sword a ways beneath me, I can't move. I know I can't move at all the sudden wind is knocked out of me and my vision blackens. Recovering I see that Coal caught me in the nick of time. Kin holds me close and whispers to himself. "Why did this happen to her why not me its' all my fault I should've been a better friend will she ever forgive me will she ever wake up..?" He takes several breathes and resumes muttering. I am lost in blackness again.
