I stand at the front of the army, our first attack. Cade and Hannah are at my sides, Brooke and Madison next to Hannah, Sidd and Lexi next to Cade. I have a sword and armor, double blades but only the use of one will be needed. "Archers, shoot over the walls. Don't use the dynamite arrows yet. Attach the notes." I command the army. Within a minute a drowsy man must've read the notes and gathered a wimp army. "Greetings, we have declared war upon the Asteroids." The man looked shocked for a second then asked, "Why would you do so?" I grabbed by sword from the ground and yelled back over the distance. "You have attacked us three times! Two in which failures." He took a step back the came close to me, his voice getting hoarse from yelling. "We have only attacked twice, and I feel as if the last was an even draw." I gaped at him, "No you've attacked once more, you blew up our mountains!" I insist. But he shakes is head. "I fear our mountains have a had a similar reaction. This is not the time for war, but for allies. The world is falling apart Vertex. War will only cause more deaths and starvation." I nodded, it seemed reasonable. We shook our hands. Allies. A large crack began formed, light was very far down, what was the light? I stood agape, it was the mantle.
When Earth was hit, we must've been pushed further from the sun.
That had to cause Earths' interior to cool.
And now the Tectonic Plates were falling apart.
We were doomed.
