Chapter 3
JADE POV
School is not my thing.
Oh, how much I wish I could just drop out, but what I do right now affects my future.
I mean, I do good, I can get good grades easily and stuff but I do NOT wanna be here.
If it were my decision, I wouldn't even be here. I'm forced to be good in school. I have to go to school for an eternity...
Being a vampire, (and having vampire parents) I can't die so easily.
My parents are the ruler of all vampires and they're pretty old so they can have quite a temper...

I'm on my way to second period (late) when I see the bestie!
"Cecilia," I yelled across the hall.
"Hey Jade," she responded, "I love your outfit!"
I looked at myself and said, "Jeans, converse and a red hoodie?" I joked.
"The hoodie is high quality," she said with sarcasm and then smirked.
I then noticed a new girl and, well, she looks cool to hang with.
"Hey, I'm Jade, and you are?" I asked the girl.
"Oh, I'm Carrie," she smiled.
"Oh, nice name," I said as I smiled in return, "so what class do y'all have right now?"
"We both have history with Coach Eckley," Cecilia sighed, "I hate history."
"You and me both, Kiddo," I chuckled,"we should probably get going, though. The bell already rang and we shouldn't get him mad or he'll put us in Narnia."
We both started to laugh but I noticed Carrie's confused face.
Well, I guess I should explain what Narnia really is in that class.
"Oh, sorry. Narnia is just a closet that he locks people in when they're either bad or if you 'volunteer as tribute' to go in and play on your phone," I explained, "well, Cece here likes to volunteer as tribute for Narnia all the time." I smirked.
"I don't even ask to go in, I just open the door and get in there," she giggled.
"Won't he get fired for locking under-aged kids in there?!" she exclaimed.
I looked at Cece (Cecilia) and she looked at me.
We both knew we wanted to say "FUN KILLER ALERT!!!" But since she's new, we'll let this one slide...
"Um, let's just go," I said.
I then noticed something on the side of Carrie's neck, where her side braid was.
It was a small tattoo of.... a black circle?
No, that's stupid.
I got a closer look and saw that it was a tattoo of a black moon.
