Stupid job. Stupid people. Stupid life. I hate my job at Walmart, but I need that good money. My friends suggested that I drop out of high school to become a stripper because stripper money is apparently the best money. I quickly declined.

So now I'm here at Walmart, barely getting paid, and barely living. I just need to survive five more minutes to clock out and go home to sleep.

A young man comes down my check out aisle with a few things in his basket. I couldn't get a good look at his face because I'm too busy watching the clock as he set his stuff on the convater belt. I slowly ring up each item, judging as I examine them.

- Vampire books
- Vampire movies
- Garlic
- Holy Water
- 50% off men's underwear

Weirdo. I clicked a few buttons on the register computer to ring up his things.

"Your total is $15.98." I look up at him. I froze in place. This boy is gorgeous. He had perfect curly brown hair to fit his face frame, and deep brown eyes to go with it. He fidgets in place as if he's stressing out about something. He definitely looks like an awkward small little thing. But in a cute way.

He hands me a twenty and grabs his things. "Keep the change." He mumbles before trying to scurry off.

"Wait!" I shout after him. He turns around nervously and raises an eyebrow. "Yeah?"

"You forgot the underwear." I hold back my laugh as I hold it out for him. His cheeks turn a blush color before grabbing it and running out. Strange.

"Dinners ready!" Mother screams from the kitchen. I groan and pull the covers over my head. "Just let me sleep!" My yell was muffled from the blanket. I'm so tired, but my mind was racing.

What was up with that guy?
