Chapter 3

Last Day Before Tour

Kelsey Pov

"People!" I shouted and everyone ran into my room with worried expressions. "Sit down" I said calmly and they all sat on my bed. "I forgot to tell you, Riker you can bring Vanni, you'll have your own room. Rocky bring Alexa, you'll have your own room. Ross bring Courtney, you'll have a room, Rydellington will have a room. And Ryland, you can bring someone" I smiled and they all smiled back.

"Who will you have?" Ryland asked. "Well I don't have a boyfriend, and you guys are my only friends" I smiled sadly. "Well I won't bring anyone" Ryland smiled. "What about the girl you li-" He cut me off with the stare. "I mean I guess that means you and I will have a room" I blushed slightly. Rocky looked at me with a smirk. I shook my head at him and he nodded. Boys....

"So what were we going to do today?" I asked. They all shrugged. "Football at the park?" I asked and they agreed. "I can't I have a date with Ellington" Rydel shrugged and we nodded.

They all walked away, but Ryland stayed back. "Good Morning" He spoke. He pulled me into his chest. "Morning" I smiled. Whenever we had sleepovers, we always did this the next day.

"Can I borrow a pair of basketball shorts?" I asked and he nodded. He walks quickly across the hall to his room and he tossed a pair of shorts into my room. I got changed quickly and walked down stairs seeing that the boys were waiting on me.

We all made our way out to the van and got in our seats. It was a quick drive to the park, so we just listened to some music on the way. 

"Ok what are the teams?" I asked. We were now in the football field in the park. "We need one more person" Ross whined. "Yo dude! Wanna play football?" I asked some random dude who was walking by. "Sure" He responded and walked over to us. "Ok you'll be with Ross and Ryland, what's your name?" I asked pointing him towards the two youngest Lynch brothers.

"Matt" He smiled flirtatiously. I rolled my eyes subtly and walked over to Riker and Rocky. "Ok the plan is wing it!" Rocky whisper shouted and I giggled. "Don't let them shove you" Riker said teasingly towards me. "I'm strong" I argued. "Mhmm" He teased some more. "Riker you're QB" I said and he nodded.

"Ready set hut!" Riker yelled. I tried to get open, but all these friggin boys are like 15 feet tall. "Yo shortie get open" Ryland teased. I playfully shoved him out of my way, but he didn't budge. I actually got open and caught the ball.

It felt good to be winning, well until Mr. Ryland Lynch, with his muscular body tackled me to the ground. "I thought this was tag football" I groaned as Ryland got off me. "Sorry shortie" Ryland said helping me up. "I wouldn't be considered short if you weren't so tall" I whined.

"Get in place" Rocky told me and I did as told. Riker threw me the ball again because Rocky had Ross and Matt on him. He should have just ran to get a touch down. But he threw me the ball, I caught it once again. I was thrown over Ryland's shoulder. And somehow he ran and got a touchdown. That is cheating!

"Let me down!" I shouted. "No I'm good, I have a pretty good view here" Ryland said. I realized that my butt was practically in his face. "Perv!" I yelled again. "Don't act like you don't love it" He smirked once he set me on my two feet.

"Relsey! Get your asses over here!" Ross shouted. "What's Relsey?" I asked Ryland as we ran back to his brothers. "Our ship name" He said simply. "Your little brother is a pervert" I said to Riker. "Am not" Ryland defended. "We saw you checking out her butt bro" Riker chuckled.

"Yea so does every other boy standing here" Ryland said stubbornly and I blushed. "Yea, but not every other boy here has a crush on her!" Ross exclaimed then covered his mouth afterwords. I looked at Ryland and he didn't speak.

He just walked away. It took me a moment to realize that I should follow him. I didn't know that he liked me too. I ran up behind him and started walking him.

"Hey it's ok" I said grabbing his hand. I pulled him over behind a tree and we sat down under it. I saw the skies turn gray, and it started to pour. "We aren't leaving until you talk" I said and he avoided eye contact.

"I'm sorry" He whispered. "For what?" I chuckled slightly. "We promised we would never ever like each other" Finally he looked into my eyes. I never noticed how beautiful his eyes were until now. You could get lost in them.

"Well we both broke that promise then" I said and his face looked shocked. "Who did you change for?" I've been asking that question all week. "You. I remembered once that you told you like bad boys, with abs" He chuckled. "You changed just for me?" I asked shocked. I can't believe he likes me that much, that he changed himself so he would be my type.

"I've liked you for so long" He said while shaking his head. "I've liked you too, for years now" I said. "Really?" He asked adorably. He looks so beautiful right now, with all the raindrops in his hair. "You look beautiful right now" He said making my face flush.

"You always do" He continued, holding my face with his large hand. You Know large hand means, large dic- No Kelsey No Inappropriate Thoughts!

I blushed more and turned my face away. "Let's go back yea?" I asked standing up. "Wait what does this make us?" He asked and followed my actions. We continued to walk back to the Lynch house.

"Does it change anything?" I giggled slightly and he looked at me confused. "We've both always liked each other, the only thing different now is that we know" I explained. "It shouldn't make anything different" I shook my head.

"We'll always be bestfriend's Ryland" I smiled and grabbed his hand. He smiled sadly and intertwined his fingers with my own. I wonder what that's about?

"So we're going to stay best friends?" He asked and I nodded. "Best friends " I confirmed. We'l always be bestfriend's, I didn't think he would ever question that.
