Chapter 3 - Invincible Bed Battle

It was about 4:30 pm when Ray and Mikey came with their respective families to the cabin where they were staying. It was already 5: 45, and all the adults were still talking of the hardships of traveling with kids who wanted to stop for food or vomiting babies. They all have been spending a great day.

Even their kids where playing in their own business. Without causing any trouble.

Thank God.

Yet, they didn't knew that in a few minutes. Their simple and quite atmosphere will turn into a huge chaos.

And the reason for that.

Beds.

King side Beds.

But of course, that didn't happen right now. Because they were engaging on a peaceful conversation about their kids.

"So, when we arrive to the airport. Miles was alike -Oh we arrive to planet earth, dad! We arrive to planet earth, Mom! - And then he throw his hands on the air, exclaiming –Oh yeah, oh yeah-" Frank said, adjusting himself on the chair and putting his arm around his wife shoulder. All of them, where sited on the big table, that was on the kitchen.

Frank, and Ray where on the left side of the table with their wives. The Way brothers were on the right side of the table. Frank was facing Gerard's seat, and Ray was facing Mikey. Meanwhile Kristin was moving the carriage of Rowan. So she could sleep.

"¿Why did Miles said that?" Gerard's voice came, when he was entering the kitchen. Of course, with a different shirt that he was wearing earlier. Since, when Mikey and Kristin came. Rowan was awake and Gerard decided to play with her. He carried, Rowan in his arms. Like the responsible uncle he was.

Gerard was carrying his niece. Meanwhile, she was smiling innocently as the little baby she was. Little Rowan started to cough. Kristin instructed Gerard, to give her little pats on her back. So she can erupt. He was actually happy doing this, because when Bandit came to the world. Lindsey took control of everything. Even if he wanted to help, he was helping of changing his daughter's diaper and simple things like that.

Everything was smoothly until...

Rowan vomited on him. It was like an instant barf on his backside. When he reacted, both Mikey and Kristin were already saying sorry. Frank, Jamia and Lindsey were giggling. Meanwhile Krista and Ray, were offering him help to change his shirt and offering perfume to wash away the odor.

At that time, Gerard thought there are three types of people in this world.

"Well, you know kids this days can create many things to overcome their fears. Just like our son, replace the monsters in his bedroom, to some big birds. Then later, became his friends" Krista smiled as she lets her head fall in Ray's shoulders.

"Yeah, actually the same thing happen with Bandit and her fear o-"

Lindsey was cut off, when her husband began to cough. "Maybe" Everybody move their glances to where Gerard was.

"Maybe Miles was a Hesitant"

Dead silence

"A very Hesitant Alien"

Dead silence in the cabin.

"Haha, good one" Say Krista, smiling brightly to Gerard. Lindsey smiled as well. But couldn't hold up, the cringe she had deep in herself.

"Yeah, I didn't knew you were that kind of guy who makes jokes like that. Good one, Gerard. Really, a good one!" Ray smile at him, giving him a thumps up.
