Star's POV

We entered the school and can I just say we looked adorable! Marco decided to wear a red short sleeve shirt with a black jacket and his normal black jeans and red converse. We walked through the school smilling at people. We finally found Janna.

"So did my little trick work?"

"Yeah, then it got Star sick!" We all laughed at the statement. The bell rang telling us to go to our lockers. When we got there the scariest sight was there. Jackas--- I mean Jackie and Alex were there, and wearing the same thing but instead of red they wore a teal green color. Marco stood in front of me. "What is wrong with you guys? You are litterally desperate to get popularity you're dressing like us!?" "Yeah what the hell!?" We glared at them as they got off our lockers. "What are you talking about we've been planning this for a week" Jackie glared at me, Marco moved infront of me more defensively. Jackie batted your eyelashes. "Marco I know you still like me, especailly since you attempted to kiss me when was it? Yesterday?" I gasped in horror at this. I watched Alex swing his fist at Marco. Marco was caught off gaurd from what Jackie said, causing him to fall over me. We laid on the floor. I scooted out from underneath Marco. I hung my head as I walked over to Alex. I slapped him across the face cauaing him to spin around. I put him in a choke hold for a second. I threw him to the ground and pulled my wand and looked to Jackie. She flinched as I raised my wand. "You tell any one about this and you will regret messing with the future queen of Mewni" I growled. I felt someone grab my arm. I saw Marco one hand over his eyebrow, blood trickling from it. "She's not worth it Star" I lowered my wand and watched Jackie and Alex run to their classroom. I brought Marco to the nurses office to get him cleaned up. We continued on with classes, Alex gave us scared glances every now and then. It was finally lunch! We raced into the cafeteria. We got in line and the choice today was quiche. They had a really good looking one with cheese and bacon. Marco got one that was a sharp cheddar cheese and spinach. We sat down when Jackie and Alex passed by. "Hey! Jackie, Alex come here!" They stopped, looked at eachother and turned to us. "Y-yes Star?" Alex was stuttering like crazy. I smiled at them. "Have a seat" Marco looked at me like I was insane. They reluctantly sat down expecting a prank but nothing happened. "Listen Jackie, why were you popular before I came?" Jackie stared at me with no expressuon on her face. "I'll tell you why, you were pretty, funny and super kind to everyone" my smile never slipped during all of those things I was saying. "So why don't you try being yourself again? You have to except that Marco doesn't like you in the same way as he used to. Alex is a great guy! Take some time and actually get to know him instead of having only one thing in common, wanting to destory me and Marco." She looked like she was in another world Alex just looked at me, soaking in what I had said. Marco was just slowly eating his lunch. "With all do respect Star, I don't think I can move on from Marco, I'm sorry Alex but wanting to hurt Marco and Star is the only thing in common that we have." She looked at her now ex boyfriend. Alex had tears forming in his eyes. I watched as he punched Marco.

"First you steal Star and now Jackie!? Do you just want me to suffer?" I watched as he stormed off. Jackie glared at me. "This isn't over Fuckerfly" she growled. I hugged Marco. I looked at his bruised jaw. I kissed it softly. Tomorrow was the winter ball I hope that healed.
