Prologue
A man with white hair, light sky blue eyes and pinkish lips is carving a violin in his backyard workshop, his doorbell rang, and thought. 'Who could be here this early?', he comes out of his workshop and goes inside his house, dumbfounded and as he walks towards the door he sees figures of tall men. He stops, he takes a knife from his kitchen. "Who is it?" The old man asks out loud but no one answers.
He opens the door and sees two men, one of them with a familiar face. "Oh, Nephew. What brings you here?", he looks at the person beside his Nephew and asks. "Is there anything I can do for you? Come in," He says. He hides the knife behind the door. His Nephew and the guy walked in and stood on the living room.
"Yeah, this is one my friends. His daughter is nearing her sixteenth birthday and he wanted to give her a journal as an appetiser present," his Nephew says.
"Well. Can you tell me the details of this journal?" He asks them. "Umm... Let me see... A black leather cover that is layered on top of a plate of light platinum, inside are naturally white papers with no lines, she hates those and a manual on how to make different locks so she, herself, can make one, she's quite handy with tools."
"Ah. That would be quite a journal, a beautiful one if I may add."
The man talks to him about timing and what the theme of the design. The man who asked for the journal left, his Nephew lingered. "What do you want?" The old man asks.
His nephew sits down and laid the side of his thumb on his lips as his index finger wraps his chin and answers "This daughter... She's part of it...".
"What?!" He yells. "Don't get furious... She's important... Everything is coming together... Little by little. They are coming together... Like ties that bind," His nephew informs. "All of them?" He asks. His nephew nods and started reporting, "Two has been friends since they were little and one of them actually started a relationship with one of the guys. The boy of leadership befriended the undecided then they befriended the leprechaun-", "that's a bit racist," he interrupts.
"As I was saying, the hacker and the shy one got in a relationship, the boy of leadership started dating the girl of information but the phantom of deception is still out of the loop," his nephew pauses. "My son hasn't been able to befriend them but soon... All we need to do is get them all together then we can start...".
He thought of it and then the old man started advising him, "We should wait until they enter college and then-", "Enter college?! Are you kidding me?! You want us to wait that long?!" His nephew rages.
"Yes. They're just kids! Let's not pressure them into something we'll regret making earlier than it should have! Besides. They're still around... How will we get them to stop if we use them too early with no experience. I think it's best if we just wait for them to grow in their skills and talents rather than force them".
His nephew frowns and then scoffs, "Fine".
"But..." The old man continues.
The nephew got curious, "But what?".
The old man sits down on his couch, across his nephew and continues "We can push in a little test every once in a while, including your children..." his nephew gives a frightened look and frowns at him then nods. His nephew then left.
