True loves kiss breaks all curses. So if Hook kisses Emma then the curse Zelena placed on his lips will be undone and Emma will keep her powers and Hook and her will be able to kiss.
Of course, this leaves the issue of Zelena hurting Emma's family. Regina placed a spell around the Charmings that can't be broken, even by blood so Henry, Snow, charming and Belle can stay there and be safe. whilst Regina Protects them aswell.
Hook and Emma will travel back in time to stop the wicked witch from doing whatever she plans on doing.
