"Why would a princess like you date a monster like him? Just break up with him."
Ayame narrowed her crimson eyes, tapping her foot on the concrete sidewalk impatiently.
"He's just gonna end up killing you like he did the village."
"And so what if I did? What would I do then?" She questioned hypothetically.
"Date me, obviously." The boy said cockily."I'm so much better than that stupid kid."
"Not gonna happen." She responded automatically, crossing her arms as she shoved past the annoying genin."You see, that monster? That stupid kid? He's my boyfriend, whom I hold very dear to my heart."
"He doesn't deserve you." The guy insisted.
"It's more like I don't deserve him, but, hey? What does it matter, right?" She responded, a small smile making its way into her lips as she spotted the same blond she was talking about make his way over to her.
"Hey, Ayame-chan!" He grinned, giving her a big hug.
"Hey, Naru." Ayame laughed, planting an quick but affectionate kiss on his cheek as she pulled him closer.
His cheeks turned a bright shade of pink."W-What were you and that guy talking about?"
