Chapter 5

Bam
"L-Levi!"

Levi's eyes flew open. "Eren!" he said. He got to his feet and pulled the door open with great force.

"Eren!" he yelled. He looked left and right but Eren was nowhere to be found.

"Levi...," Eren mumbled. He rubbed his head and sat up slowly, his head peaking out from the other side of the bed. Levi caught a glimpse of Eren and ran over.

"Eren, why are you on the floor?!" Levi asked. "I...I...," Eren stuttered. He looked up at a worried Levi, staring him down. Levi held out his hand, and Eren grabbed it reluctantly.

Levi pulled Eren on the bed in one swift movement. Eren positioned himself comfortably and looked at Levi. "I had another nightmare," Eren said. Levi sighed. "I tried falling asleep, but couldn't, so I was about to fall asleep outside your door," he said.

Eren laughed. "Outside my door? What a weird place to sleep," he said, grinning. "Tch," Levi said, "Well maybe if I had known you were gonna have another bad dream, I would've stayed inside. You need to tell me these things Eren."

"Tell you? How was I supposed to know that it wasn't going to be good?" Eren asked.

"I guess that's true," Levi said. He gazed down at the bed, tired from the lack of sleep. Eren worried about Levi. If he didn't fall asleep soon, his training would be affected. "Levi, why don't you try falling asleep again," Eren said softly.

Levi slowly shifted his gaze from the  bed to Eren's ocean blue eyes. He could stare at those beautiful eyes for hours. "Are you sure you'll be alright?" Levi asked. Eren nodded. Levi hesitated, but got under the covers and lied down.

Eren snuggled next to Levi and turned off the lamp next to him. He turned his head to look at Levi, who had surprisingly already fallen asleep. Eren slowly leaned his head over, and gave Levi a soft kiss on the cheek. "Goodnight Levi," he whispered.
