Damien sighed, his hot breath mingled with the December air. Snowflakes twirled like little ivory ballerinas around the Victorian themed male, he wasn't one for drinking-
Let alone going out and drinking. But perhaps he'd give it a go, besides, Mary and Robert do it all the time.
Lucien was over at a friends, god knows what they were up too.
He stopped infront of a cozy looking bar, nothing too fancy, a gust of warmth and the sent of booze and other smells hit him in the face as he opened the door.
Sure, he expected drunken men and women that weren't his type, but not a pretty red piano and an even prettier woman atop it. He's eyes fixated on the goddess, singing her heart out. (Length) (color) curled hair framed her face and the dark maroon dress she had on hugged her body in all the right places. And her voice-
Her voice
It was smooth, like creamer mixing with warm coffee.
It filled his ears and made his heart ache, like it was going to break.
If he's being honest it almost brought him to his knees.
Almost.
He took a seat closest to the stage as she ended her song, hoping she'll do another one.
She straightened herself, crossing one leg over the other, the slit in her dress went all the way to her hip.
And he wondered if she had any underwear on, he frowned at the ill-mannered thought. Such things shouldn't be thought of. Especially when he hasn't even met the girl.
He stopped mid thought when she started singing again."Your eyes may be whole
But the story I'm told
Is that your heart is as black as night"The piano sounded softly in the background, he was star struck.
"Your lips may be sweet
Such that I can't compete
But your heart is as black as night"She lifted a lace covered arm and ran her fingers through her hair, his breathe hitched as she waltzed across the stage.
"I don't know why you came along
At such a perfect time
But if I let you hang around
I'm bound to lose my mind"She held the note for a few seconds, cheers and wolf whistles could be heard amongst the crowd.
"'Cause your hands may be strong
But the feeling's all wrong
Your heart is as black as night"She stepped down the stairs, one bye one. Seemingly making her way towards the raven haired man.
"I don't know why you came along
At such a perfect time
But if I let you hang around
I'm bound to lose my mind
Cause your hands may be strong
But the feeling's all wrong
Your heart is as black"She ran a hand over his shoulders, moving his hair to one side. She gently took a stray strand and twirled it around her fingers, bringing him closer. His heart hammered in his chest and his pale skin flushed a pastel pink color.
"Your heart is as black
Oh, your heart is as black as night"She held the note as she got closer to his face, her minty cool breath fanning across his burning skin. She ended the note by softly pushing him back into his seat, he hadn't even notice he slightly lifted himself from the leather furniture, his skin burned more. She turned around and sauntered away, her hips lightly swaying.
He licked his lips as he yet again caught a sight of her leg, her (skin color) glistening under the lighting. She disappeared behind the certain after shooting The male a wink. She was magnificent, the bar was around closing as he looked for her. He caught her as she walked out the door, no longer wearing that dress that teased him so. (Eye color) eyes met contact covered ones and for once, he didn't know where to begin-
What to say.
She smiled at the flustered goth, she looked outside and sighed cutely."It's awfully dark outside...would you mind walking me home, please?" She batted her eyelashes and stuck out her bottom lip. He hastily nodded and proceeded to open the door the rest of the way for her, the crisp air wafted across her face, making her nose and cheeks slightly pink.
She's so cute.
"So, what's your name, sugar?" Her sweet voice rang. He gave her a soft smile, her heart did flips.
"Oh how rude of me, where are my manners? Damien Bloodmarch, at your service" he kissed her knuckles.
She blushed, hoping he would think it was the cold. The walk to her house was quick, filled with soft laughter and warm company. They exchanged numbers and he kissed her forehead, walking out into the night. She shook her head as a smile danced upon her soft lips, unlocking the door and stepping inside. Maybe she won't be alone this Christmas after all.
