Chapter 21

Why do I even do authors notes at the beginning of the chapter?

I woke up in a bed that had ripped sheets that smelled like urine. I quickly jumped up from the bed, noticing my wounds were all healed. I looked around and no one was anywhere in my room. I was scared so i ran over to Stevie's side of the room. No one; not even Stevie. I started crying and ran out the door. Nick blocked the way of the door."Are you OK?" He yelled. "What's wrong?" He had a concerned look on his face. He rested his hand on my back and was rubbing circles on my back. I was just letting out sobs that were really embarrassing to make in front of him. Wait. Why are we the only ones here? I couldn't ask him the question I was just too upset. Then a giant black car came slamming through the window.

Then i woke up.

It was all a dream, I thought. Just a dream. I sat up and saw a nurse setting down my lunch for the day. I just smiled and she winked and walked away. I looked to my right and Stevie was there. "Hey. You look a bit startled. You OK?" She asked. "You just went down for a nap i think." 

"I'm fine. Just had a bad dream." I said holding my head.  I shook my head with my head in my hands.

"Well, you better eat your lunch for dinner there having tuna. YUCK!" Stevie laughed.

"Well, i'm very hungry anyway." I shoved the gross stained tray away from  me.

"you got to eat at least something." She bent her head to the left.

"I cant be forced when I'm not hungry." I proclaimed.

"K then." Stevie shrugged. I just layed down and grabbed my phone. I had a couple texts:

From: Riley

Look you little worm!! Ross is mine and you will never get him back, in fact how about he leaves on another doorstep crying. LOL Well i hope you don't get out of the hospital!! Bye i will make sure Ross can not come and visit you ever again!! muhahahah!!

Why would she say something like that? I hope that's not really what Ross feels!! I locked my phone and put on the side table. 

"Well! Good Afternoon girls!! I now neither of you really actually like the food they give you here, sooooooooooo. I brought you guys some lunch!!" Riker said all cheerfully walking in the room.

"Oohh thank you baby!" Stevie cooed.

"Your welcome." He pecked her on the lips and he went back in the front of the room.

"So for Miss. Macy over here i got you a BLT subway sandwich, toasted with ranch just like you like it." He handed it to me.

"Thank you very much!" I said grabbing the sandwich. I sat up and started eating the sandwich. 

"your welcome!" He handed Stevie her sandwich and we started eating. It was quiet in the room because we were all eating.

"So Macy. Ross told me he still has feelings for you." She smirked.

"NO. He did not say th-" I was cut off by Joey coming.

"HIIIIIIIIIII!! How are you girls?!" He asked coming in the room.

"I get to leave tomorrow!" Stevie said.

"I get to leave 3 days after her." I frowned. The thought of being in the hospital room without  my best friend made me sad.

"I'll stay here with you Macy, so you don't have to be alone!" Joey said sincerely.

"its OK Joey do whatever you want I don't really mind." I shrugged.

"I don't care what you say I'm staying with you." Joey scolded.

"Ughh.  Fine. Thanks Joey." I said.

"Your welcome sis!" Joey smiled at me, as i smiled back.

Stevie looked at me and had look that i could picture saying,'Can i finish what i was saying?' i nodded.

"So, Ross said he has feelings for you still." Stevie smirked once again.

"He did?" I said.

"Yup, when you were sleeping he told me. He really likes you still!" Stevie smiled.

"Really? But he already got another girlfriend." I scrunched up my eyebrows.

"I'm not really sure what he  is thinking right now." Stevie shrugged.

"Oh." I just sat up in my bed and looked out the window.

"ye-" Stevie was cut off by a nurse coming in.

"Im sorry but Stevie you have to have someone stay the night with you so that we know they are taking you home tomorrow morning." Stevie nodded and asked Joey if he would take her home tomorrow.

"Sure!" Joey smiled.

"I also have some good news! Miss Tomlinson you may go home too!" The nurse smiled.

"REALLY?" i was so excited!

"Yes but you will have to stay on crutches." 

"That works!" I laughed.

"I guess I'm taking you both home!" Joey crossed his eyes.

"Good, now i got to sleep if I'm going home tomorrow!"

I was so happy!"
