After hearing what Trent had told him before leaving, DJ was rather skeptical and didn't want to go to his session. He looked up at the clock and saw that he still had fifteen minutes to spare before seeing Dr. Lynch. DJ thought about his choices. He could leave and not deal with the "trouble" that Trent was talking about. But what if Trent was just paranoid? After ten minutes of contemplating whether or not seeing this doctor was a good idea, DJ decided to go to his appointment a few minutes early.

"DJ," Dr. Lynch said when DJ walked through the door. "How have you been?"

"Cut the crap, Lynch," DJ said, startling the psychiatrist.

"Where is this anger coming from, DJ?" Dr. Lynch stood up and began to make his way towards DJ, but said traumatized contestant wouldn't allow it.

"Get away from me, Lynch!" DJ yelled. "It's kind of funny, you know, that your name is Lynch but you're a white man. Is that what you plan to do!? Lynch me!?"

Dr. Lynch stood there, astonished that DJ would suggest that he do such an inhumane thing.

"That's your plan, right?" DJ continued. "You're gonna get inside my head and mess me up, and then you're gonna trick me into trustin' you and then you'll lynch me."

"DJ listen to me. I would never–"

"DON'T INTERRUPT ME WHEN I'M TALKIN' TO YOU!" DJ screamed.

As soon as Dr. Lynch made the smallest move, DJ picked up the jar of pens on the desk they were standing in front of and threw them at Lynch.

That was the last straw. Dr. Lynch pressed a button on the intercom and called for security. Two large men wearing light pink scrubs entered the room and dragged DJ out, despite his protests, and enlisted him as a patient in the hospital. They put him on a drip to relax him and pumped him full of narcotics.

Dr. Lynch watched as they did this, and the whole time he wondered what was going on in DJ's mind prior to their meeting.
