"Damn it." The new guy muttured after you and him checked the system.
Everyone has gotten better, recovered after the incident involving a particular Toretto and a blonde. Well, not better, but still.
Your frusteration was about to get the best of you, the device you were on. Had no data, swiped clean.

The new guy looked to you across the table. "Any luck?"

With a few more clicks and searches on the laptop, you cursed. "No." You replied, muffling a yawn.

"She wiped it all." He looked to Hobbs behind him. "Took God's Eye. That was the one thing we could use to find them. We lost everything."

Slamming the laptop shut, you bit your lip, frowning down at the table.
Nothing on the system. That damn blonde.
You racked your brain to figure out if there was any other way to find Dom. Nothing came just. Yet.
Frowning more, you saw Ramsey standing near Deckard as he worked whatever on his device. Oh, his face focused.

"What do you got, Princess?" Asked Hobbs, looking at Deckard.

Looking up, Deckard looked at him defiantly. "Finding Toretto. But I got a couple minutes to spare, if you want me to send you to the hospital. Again."

Chuckling, Hobbs looked to the new guy. "Yo, Rules."

A bit exasperated at the name, he looked up to the big guy. "First off, that's not my name."

"Little Nobody." Roman suggested.

"Don't call me that."

"Oh, that's definitely sticking." Tej piped up into the brief conversation.

Well, Little Nobody did fit him.

But Hobbs wasn't done with Deckard just yet. "Great. Do me a favor and tell Your Majesty over there that we're gonna find Toretto. We find Toretto as a team.  And when this is all over with, I'm happy to slap that whisker biscuit right off his face."

(A/N, bruhh 👆😑😂😑😑😑, had to look up what that meant
Oml)

"Wait a minute, guys, I think Deckard's actually onto something." Ramsey stood back from looking over his shoulder. "How do you think Dom and Cipher got into the country without us knowing?-"

"Ghost flights." You suddenly realized. "You may think that untraceable aircraft was all internet conspiracy stuff. But it's not."

"Satellites and radar grids all across the globe shift like an ocean. They've got channels that open and close. And theoretically, if you know the right people who know the right patterns..." Mr. Nobody said, dropping his knowledge bomb.

"You can fly right through the blind spots completely undetected." Ramsey finished. Though you were still feeling a bit tense after Ramsey may have been siding with Deckard.
It shouldn't bother you that much, but still

"So you know where Dom is headed?" Letty asked, a bit distasteful as she looked to Deckard.

"Yeah." He met your gaze for a second. "New York."
Then he walked himself out of the room, his hand touching your shoulder as he passed you by.

Chucking, Mr. Nobody sat up to put on his jacket. "You see there, Luke? You guys are gonna get along just great. Which proves rule number two, you never lose everything."
He quickly held a piece to his mouth. "Fire up the chopper." And he brought the piece back down as soon as he brought it out. And with a big smile, he spoke,
"Well, guys, have a ball in the Big Apple."

New York city.
That's where you and the rest travelled in the cramped van. The van seemed to hit every bump, surely a complaining Roman was annoyed.
