Then it hit you. Dom was in the same building. Now beginning to be aware of strange rapiding beeps. You almost froze up in shock, but reacted just half a second before it could detonate.

"Get down!"
You pushed the nearest person next to you down on the floor, to prevent them any harm from whatever that beeping sound does. Which was Ramsey.
The blast throwing everyone off balance, including you. Making you stumble your side into the desk.
A bit dazed and hurt, you pushed yourself into a standing position. Glass pieces shattered and scattered across the floor.
Barely comprehending anything but the questionable red light sliding halfway towards you on the floor, rotating in the process.
All of it happened too fast, you didn't exactly remember the grenades in your dazed state.

Finally focusing on something, it happened to be a man who jumped at you, taking you down with him onto the floor where you landed on you stomach.
Then the feeling of the stinging sensation is what made you flinch. The small shards of glass digging into your skin but your own self felt too heavy to do anything.

'Concussion grenades.' Was the words through all of your scrambled mind and senses.
Just as an explosion like sound thing happened.
Multiple explosions around the room. Making things worse.

Your ears rung, your vision out of focus and your head pounded. You tried to look around, blinking a bunch of times.
Through a blurred vision, you saw something that actually scared you.
Your whole family was down.
Including Deckard, who lay at your side with a door somehow laying on his body, pinning him down.
And amongst the ringing, everything seemed to freeze for a moment when you locked eyes with Deckard, laying at your side. Like everything seemed to be fine, despite being bombed.

So he's the one who tackled you down. And presumably saved you from getting more hurt.

"Oh, Dommie, Dom, Dom." Purred a cool and collected voice throughout all the painful ringing, pulling you out of the trance. A female voice that sent your blood cold. "Your sister is more cute up close."

You couldn't muster the strength to get up and you dizzily looked towards the voice. Seeing a rather beautiful woman, with long blonde hair up in a high pony tail.
Her eyes were cold yet... playful? Amused by the sight?
She sat on her heels and stroked your cheek with her thumb, looking down at you.

And when she said "Dom"
Wait...
Dom wouldn't do this to family. To endanger them.
Crap. That's right. He went rogue.

"Shame, she ain't on my side..." Cipher mock pouted as you weakly tried to push away her hand. "Should I make her part of this?" She looked to Dom.

The look of hardness was plain on his features. His eyes narrowed in a more harder gaze than you couldn't have thought possible. Nearly silencing the woman. But she shook it off.
She laughed a bit before standing up to look at your brother, Dom.
It kinda shook you to your core, that she found Mr. Nobody's classified location base. It showed you what you were really dealing with. And you couldn't imagine what else she's capable of.
But with Dom at her side...

You swallowed, averting your eyes to Deckard who lay pinned under the door at your side on the hard floor. Your vision not getting one bit better. You couldn't find the strength inside you to even get on your elbows.
And for the second time in that room, now with Cipher and now, Dom standing over you and your family's fallen forms.

"Did you all enjoy that?" Her voice seemed to be echoing. Groaning, you held a hand to your throbbing temple. "Next-generation concussion grenade. It scrambles your senses. Don't worry." The tone changed to a slight imitation. "It'll wear off in an hour.
Probably."

Through a blurred vision, you saw Dom and Cipher walk above everyone else.
Closing your eyes, she set a foot onto the door that had Deckard pinned, putting more pressure on it. "Hello, Deckard. Nice to see you, again."
