Chapter 7 The Talk

Max's P.O.V

Urgh.... its been a week and I'm going crazy thinking of why Alice wouldn't talk to me. And my wolf Rain isn't helping either he keeps telling me to talk to our mate and asked her why she wouldn't talk to us. It not like I didn't do that already but every time I approach Alice, she always find an excuse to run away from me..

Urgh.......
I just don't know what to do

I'm now in the cafeteria with my beta and third trying to figure out how I can approach Alice.

"Dude just go to there table and talk to her already" Arthur said to me with a Hint of annoyance in his voice.

Well I don't really blame him because for the past few days it's been the same routine where I ask them how I can approach Alice and I know that there annoyed already..

"I know dude I'm just calming myself"

when i felt that I was calm I stood up and went directly to the table where Alice is at but I didn't expect to hear what I heard

"Yes but I'm scared okay that if I get really close time him this girls will come after me again" Alice told my sister.

And after hearing that someone wants to hurt my mate I was furious and I can feel I wolf rain surfacing.

"What girls?" I angrily blurted out and that's when Alice notices me standing behind her.

"Max calm down" arya tried to calm me down but I know that she know that I was beyond calming down. I mean someone is threatening my mate and if that someone hurt her I would kill that person without a thought

"Alice I'm going to ask again. what girls?"

Alice may have notice that I wasn't going away until she tell me.

"Well those girls that slapped me and told me to stay away from you 'cause if I don't they'll make my life a living hell" she told me.

"Who are they?" I asked again

She just shrug and said "I don't know who they are" after hearing that i angrily stormed outside school.

Moments later I felt someone behind me. I didn't bother to look because I know it was my sister.

"Okay what was that just now?" She started to say but i cut her off

"Please don't start right now sis I'm not in a mood to take your anger and I know I mess up back there and it will definitely ruined my chances on Alice so please just spare me the nagging"

After saying that I heard my sister sigh and said "Alright but you definitely need to calm down and figure out a way to apologize to Alice, OK?"

"You don't have to tell me that i already know that i  have to apologize to her" I said angrily

My sister sigh again and said  "fine, just don't mess up again.. I'm leaving"

I'm now outside my mates apartment trying to see her every night in my wolf form.

I don't really care if she notices me in my wolf form as long as i get to see her beautiful face everyday

Alice was outside her apartment and then she slowly approach me when she saw me her hand was extending towards me as if she wants to pet my head and since she is my mate i let her pet me and i could see the shock on Alice face when i let her pet me maybe she was hoping that I will harm her.

"Hi mr. wolf" she talked to me in my wolf form while she was petting me

I listened to her as she continued to speak.

"You know, there's this guy at my new school that I really really like but his very popular and I'm afraid that if I tell him that I like him, he wouldn't talk to me anymore. And even though that guys sister told me that her brother also likes me I'm still afraid" After hearing what she just said I was dumbfounded.  Alice likes me too so she also felt the spark between us because of the meeting bond. And because I was very happy I nuzzle my nose to her neck and she just let me we were like that for a few minute until Alice stood up signaling that it was tine for her to leave. I whined at her not wanting to be apart. But she just thanked me in my wolf form and then she entered her apartment.

When I saw Alice go back to her apartment I made a decision that night to talk to Alice tomorrow and tell her that I like her there's no harm in trying anyway and then i went back home...
