Alice P.O.V.
"Wha-wha-what did you just say?" I can't believe what I'm hearing I just can't it's so unreal.
"Alice I like you" after saying that word I can see that he was thinking as if trying to make sure what he said is the right words "no it's not right" he said. My heart ache when I heard that. See I'm just hearing thing there's no way that he would say that he likes me..
Max probably notice my expression because he quickly said "that's not it".
I quietly wipe the tears that was forming in my eyes and look at Max confused.
"What I mean is that it's not I like you but it's I love you" he said with a sincere and loving tone in his voice.
After hearing that I just burst out crying. No I must be dreaming there's no way that someone like him would love someone like me right? I mean he doesn't even know the real me. What if someday he finds out and leaves me?
I was still crying when I felt strong hands engulfed me with a hug and I know it was Max and I didn't push him away and just enjoying his hug.
After a few minutes Max spoke "look Alice I know it's to sudden to say I love you to you especially since you've only been here for a couple weeks and most of that time you were avoiding me so we really didn't have a chance to know each other that well but I really mean it when I said I love you" upon saying those 3 words he lifted my head and stared at my eyes. And that's when I knew that what he was telling me was true.
"I love you too Max" I told him while still looking into his eyes.
I think it took him a couple of minutes to process what I said because he didn't say anything and just stared into my eyes without saying anything.
But as soon as he process what I just said he embrace me really tightly in his arms. I know he was happy when he heard my confession because he kept muttering 'I can't believe it' over and over and I can't help but smile.
"You better believe it because I never told anyone those 3 words" I told him as I cupped his face with my hands staring into his eyes once again. I don't really know what happened next but when I realize it we were kissing each other and by the time we stopped I was breathless while Max was just grinning like he just won an award.
"So does it mean that where boyfriend-girlfriend now?" he asked excitedly. I smiled and just nod.
I just smiled at him then kissed him.
