¿Are we all so different?

We're all made up of the same minds,

cause we all think of the good ol' times,

good or bad we think back,

and we grow up thinking, "What did we lack?"

White and red,

two different colors being said,

but they're still colors, I replied,

but they all just sighed,

saying that I'd never understand,

cause I was too bland,

the truth though,

was that they were too low,

and didn't want to admit,

that they'd blinded themselves because of a lid.

Their top,

covering the cliff's steep drop,

led them to believe,

that everything was quite as it seemed,

because they didn't want to admit,

that they'd taken a dip,

in a dark thought,

and so they'd sought,

to satisfy this greed,

they had to justify their deed,

with a cheap solution,

and so now our minds are filled with pollution,

but it's alright,

because tonight,

we'll change our course,

so we won't feel remorse.
