Good girl,

Oh good girl,

Won't you smile for me?

A smile that's pleasing to see.

Good boy,

Oh good boy,

Won't you play alone?

Hide the darkness of your soul.

Good kid,

Oh good kid,

Your grades are above all the rest,

My prodigy that aces the test.

Bad girl,

Oh bad girl,

Don't play around,

Stay quiet and don't make a sound.

Bad boy,

Oh bad boy,

Don't track mud in the house,

Stay as a quiet as a mouse.

Bad child,

Oh bad child,

You failed a test?

I'll be the laughing stock... so no rest.

You kids must be good,

Good kids are good,

Have some tea,

Look at the other kids... see?

Children,

Oh children,

Hide your emotion well,

Or your stuff I'll sell.

Look your best,

Oh look your best,

You must look good,

As good children should.
