"Aww, I love you so much Jacob", Kenzie, JoJo's older sister said sweetly. Jacob smiled back at his girlfriend of 2 and a half years, and took her hand in his, kissing her cheek as well.
"Aww, omigosh, JoJo, isn't he the best?", gushed Kenzie. The couple turned to JoJo,who was sitting on the other couch, actually paying attention to the movie playing in front of her. Jacob was getting nervous, he was really anxious to hear what JoJo thought of him. But why? he thought, he was dating JoJo's sister,who was beautiful, smart, caring, and -not JoJo he thought.

JoJo tore her attention away from the movie and to the couple. She smiled a fake smile, replied
"Yeah, he's pretty great", and turned back to the movie. Jacob however, was not too happy. Pretty great?, he thought, that's it? Wow, I seriously messed up. Jacob shook his head, lost in thought, when suddenly a voice interrupted his thinking.
"Babe? Babe? You alright? You seem kinda off", the voice said, worriedly. It took a moment for Jacob to realize who the voice was, Kenzie. I wish it was JoJo, he thought.
"Oh yeah, I'm fine. Just thinking about how people will react to my new song", he lied, avoiding talking to his girlfriend about the fact that he had a crush on her sister. Kenzie giggled.
"Oh Jacob, you always do good, people will love it, and if they don't, they'll love seeing your cute face in the video", she winked, cuddling closer to him.

Jacob gently shook her off of him and shook his head, putting his head in his hands. That's not what I was wanting to hear, JoJo would've done a better job cheering me up, thought Jacob. He needed space. He suddenly grunted, stood up, and made his way over to the kitchen to be alone, secretly hoping that JoJo would follow after him.

JoJo suddenly turned to the couch where the couple once sat. She looked at her sister.
"What's up with him?", JoJo asked.
She was genuinely curious, she had been paying attention to the movie the whole time and didn't know what had happened between the two. Her sister scoffed.
"Whatever, I don't care anymore, he probably likes you anyway. I'm breaking up with him".
JoJo wash shocked, but she rolled her eyes and lazily got up from the couch, trying to mask her beating heart and tomato red face. As she passed by her sister she stuck her tongue out.

"Hey", JoJo said carefully, making her way towards Jacob to see if he was alright. Jacob tried to hide his smile, and failed.
"Hey, what are you doing here?", he asked, a smile still gracing his face.
"I just wanted to check up on you, see if you're alright", JoJo replied honestly. Jacob smiled a small, solemn smile, he should've known JoJo would care so much and go after him. There were many things wrong with him at the moment, but he couldn't tell her everything, instead, he settled for a half truth.
"Nothing, it's just that me and your sister are kinda drifting ya know?"

JoJo froze, she didn't want to be the one to tell him what Kenzie had told her, it would break his heart. Unfortunately, Jacob noticed.
"Hey what's up? You seem stiff all of a sudden. You know you can tell me anything, right?"
Guilt immediately struck JoJo, she didn't want to hurt him, and she didn't think it was really her tale to tell, but on the other hand, Jacob trusted her, if he found out that she knew all along, their friendship would be over! JoJo was not willing to let that happen, so, she took a deep breath and spoke.
"Um, okay. I'm sorry if you hate me forever after this, I just think you deserve to know the truth". Jacob was starting to get nervous, he nodded, signaling for her to go on, so she continued.
"She um, ughhh! Kenzie said she wants to break up with you!", she blurted. Jacob sighed, he saw this coming. They looked like a perfect couple, but recently they had been fighting, and he always had JoJo on his mind, it wouldn't be fair to Kenzie to keep this up.

"I'm sorry", JoJo blurted automatically, it must've hurt him.
"Nah, it's fine, it was gonna happen anyway, we keep on fighting, and we like other people". JoJo was shocked, they always looked so perfect, what could've happened?
"Let me guess, Kenzie likes Johnny right?", Jacob chuckled a bit
"Yeah, she makes it pretty obvious doesn't she?", JoJo laughed along, but there was still something bugging her.

"So", she started, "if you don't mind me asking, who do you like?", she asked curiosly. Jacob just stared at her for a bit, but replied honestly.
"You", he stated as if it was the obvious thing in the world. Meanwhile, JoJo was freaking out, Jacob, her long time crush, liked her back? Even though she was freaking out, JoJo played it cool.
"Me?", she asked, making sure it wasn't a joke. Jacob looked surprised.
"Yeah, of course you, you're really sweet, and talented, and caring, and nice. Plus, you're super cool. Anyone would be lucky to just be known by you". JoJo felt herself blush.
"Well, I like you too sooo", JoJo trailed off. Jacob smiled hugely.
"Really?!", he asked, wanting to clarify. JoJo simply nodded.

Jacob smiled, "great", he started "maybe when everything is all sorted out, we could hang out". JoJo smiled and giggled.
"Of course Jacob!"
"Yesssssssss!!!", Jacob yelled happily, pumping his fist in the air. JoJo laughed as she watched Jacob's excitement.
"Soooo, talk to you later?", Jacob asked smiling. JoJo nodded happily and watched as Jacob and Kenzie peacefully broke up. She watched them hug, she smiled, seeing as they decided to stay friends. She caught a glimpse of Jacob, and he winked at her. She blushed, looking down, she couldn't believe this happened , but it did, and she couldn't stop smiling about it.

It was totally unexpected, but awesome at the same time, it was unexpectedly awesome.

this is dedicated to -itsjojosiwa- because 1: it's partly about her, and 2:she helped with this. Sorry for not updating for awhile, I started a new project, and I need to focus on that. Anyway, coming up will be Muffy, and then Breance. Anyhoosies, that's all for now, later luvs, baiiiiiii 😘😘😘💗
