Chapter 8

Sadie's POV

I didn't want to go back to school but I had no choice, when I got to the school I cautiously wandered the halls to make sure that Nathan wasn't about to sneak up on me. The anxiety grew to the point where I start to cry, so I call Uncle Chin...

Chin: officer Kelly...
Me: Uncle Chin... I can't do this anymore!!!
Chin: Sadie, slow down. What's wrong
Me: I am at school but I think that Nathan is here too. Is my dad with you?

Before Uncle Chin could answer, I turn around to see Nathan coming my way.
I quickly ran out of the school...

Chin: Sadie what is going on...
Me: Nathan ... is... back...!
Chin: Kono and I are coming your way now...
Me: Uncle Chin hurry please... he is coming after me
Chin: Sadie find a place to hide until we get there
Me: okay...

After hanging up, I ran for the nearest shop which was a Cafe, so ran in there to the Woman's restroom and barricaded myself into the washroom.
I heard sirens and yelling I was unsure about what was going on but after about two minutes I heard Uncle Chin and Auntie Kono calling my name. I quickly ran out of the restroom towards Uncle Chin and Auntie Kono, when I reach them I was pulled Uncle Chin's warm embrace. I cried into his chest, Chin led me to the car so he could take me back to the Palace.

Chin's POV

I decided to call up Steve and Danny to let them know what happened...

Steve: Chin, what do you got?
Me: your terrified Daughter sleeping in the passenger seat of my car
Steve:What!?
Danny: What happened?
Me: Sadie called me up crying and asked me to come pick her up, next thing I know Sadie is telling me that this Nathan guy is after her...
Steve: We will be at the palace soon

After I hang up, I pull into the driveway of the palace, after turning off the car I woke up Sadie and brought her inside. I brought her to my office to let her sleep on the couch.

About two minutes later, Steve, Danny and Catherine rushed into the office to find Sadie fast asleep. We quietly talked about happened until we were interrupted by Sadie screaming, Steve ran over to her and woke her up. I watched as Sadie cried into Steve's shoulder, Nathan is going to pay for this...
