Chapter Five

When I woke up this morning, I was still confused on what happened. "For fucks sake Ellie just forget it' I think to myself as I get up and walk to the bathroom. Looking in the mirror I noticed my hair was longer, and my blue eyes were brighter than usual. Shaking my head I just undressed and showered. "Ellie, some guy is here and asking for you" Eren yells banging my bathroom door. "Ok ok I'm hurrying, geez don't get your thong in a twist" I tell back grabbing a towel and walk out the bathroom after I hear Eren leave. Grabbing a random pair of jeans, and a clean shirt, after deciding to dress more casual. "Way to ruin a good shower. You damn German" I say to Eren walking down the stairs then realizing Amon is sitting beside him on the couch. "Hi, um want any coffee?" I asked walking to the kitchen grabbing my tea, and fixing coffee knowing Mia would want some anyway. "Sure, I guess" he says following behind me. "I guess you met Eren there, he's like a older brother, but just more annoying" I say then counting to three knowing Eren heard me. "I am not annoying you little fucker" he yelled from the couch. I just smiled shaking my head. "See, annoying as hell" I say laughing. "Ellie, Mia forgot to tell you last night. Daniel is coming in tomorrow so might wanna clean up he's bringing the clean freak. Oh and getting rid of your boyfriend to" he yells while running up the stairs to most likely clean the upstairs. Freezing up I get terrified as hell. "Ellie are you ok you look scared?" Amon asked me looking confused. "I'm fine, but um I need you to leave. Ok? My brother didn't know I came here, so he's pissed off bad. Plus his friend is OCD as fuck, so I need to clean this house spotless" I said pulling him to the door. "You sure, maybe I can meet him" he said. "My brother is crazy. And over protective, so if he see's you. That would be a bad Idea. Plus I'll be worse when he finds out I joined the CCG" I say opening the door to get him to leave. "But I'll see you the after tomorrow then" he say determined. I just nod finally getting him to leave.

After spending all day cleaning and most of the night getting flesh. Me, Eren, and Mia are tired as hell when we finally lay on the couch. That didn't last long when the doorbell rang. "Ellie you wanna get it?" Mia asked fearfully. Gulping I just nod, and get up. Opening the door I sigh in relief when I see Mr Yomo. "Thank God it's just you" I say walking back to the living room, with Mr Yomo following me. "We're good for a little longer then" Eren says laying his head against the couch. "What's wrong you three?" Mr Yomo asked. "Daniel's coming and he is pissed off" I say laying on another couch. "I'll stay here then, maybe he won't be as mad" he says. "It's not that he's just mad. He's full on furious, more than any ghoul can be" I say getting scared cause I can smell his scent getting close to the house. "He's here" I say as I here foot steps get closer to the door. "Ellie what will he do to you?" Mr Yomo asked. "A lot of things" I say then getting quiet when I hear the front door open and two people walk in. Not looking up I hear a grunt and a 'tsk. A hand on my shoulder causes me to peek up and see my brother Daniel, but I can't see his face because of his mask. Which looks like a bloodthirsty beast. "Ellie are you ok?" He asked. When I just nod he surprises all of us by dropping to his knees and hugs me close. "Thank God" was all he said. When I finally hugged back, I let the tears out that I didn't know I was holding back. To which he just hugged me tighter. "Why did you leave without Daniel knowing Ellie? Do you know how much he flipped out?" Levi asked glaring at me. "I'm sorry" I said softly, letting go of Daniel and looking back at the ground. "Fucking sorry isn't gonna do it dammit. Your coming back to where you belong. And your gonna be a obedient little bitch to" Levi said walking back to the front door. "No" I said lowly. "What did you say" Levi said looking back to me. "I said no. I'm staying. I like it here, it's better then staying there where I'm constantly yelled at" I said louder. "You little bitch, Daniel teach her a lesson and hurry up" Levi yelled glaring at me. "That won't be necessary, she will be staying with me for now on" Mr Yomo stated walking over to me and standing in front of me. "It's not your choice if she stays Yomo. She's my sister, she will be going home with me" Daniel says menacingly. "Daniel you have changed a lot since I seen you when you were younger. And not in a good way either" Mr Yomo says looking Daniel in the eye. "Ellie come on we're leaving. Right now Ellie, you to Mia come on" Daniel says to us. Raising up to full height, Daniel stands about 6'4. Definitely taller then me and Mia, and a little taller then Mr Yomo and Eren. "Daniel just leave me here. Please, I want to stay here." I say pleading with him. "Ellie I'm not gonna argue with you get your shit and come on" Daniel yells, making Mia and me flinch. "Daniel she's almost eighteen, she can stay if she wants. You also know where she goes Mia goes, they dont separate. You know this" Eren says standing from the couch walking over to me and Mia and putting us behind him.

"You know since you joined the CCG, you never told us what happened when you came back that night" Eren says laying in my bed playing slithero on his phone. "Oh, right. Nothing bad happened. I just found out what team I would be joining, and they asked me to go get coffee with them. That's it" I said continuing to read my book. "No it's not. Your ears are red and your unusually quiet. Now come on and tell me, I won't tell anyone else" he says motioning for me to talk. "Oh you know, one of the guys on the team on my team asked me to go out and eat with him, to get to know each other I mean" I say just looking at the page blankly not being able to read any more. "Oh fuck. What did you say? I mean I know your the only one of us actually able to eat human food but seriously though" he says looking at me like I've grown two heads.
