Keaton looked around for what seems to be the thousandth time. Robert furrowed his eyebrows at him, then went back to stare at his phone as they sat in his backyard.

"Uhm, Rob?" Keaton coughed.

Robert hummed in response.

"Where's Violet? I thought she always hung out with us?" Keaton asked in a small voice. God, he sounded so pathetic, but he couldn't stop worrying since she had left his hotel room after last night when he was asleep, not leaving a note or anything. It's not girls who usually leave after s-ex.

"Yeah, she's not coming." Robert simply replied, as if it was not a big deal. It was a big deal. To Keaton at least.

"What? Why not?"

"I don't know, she just said she had some issues at home."

"Just said? She replies to you?" Keaton raised his voice slightly. He had sent her over fifty texts after he sneakily got her phone number from Robert's mobile but she never replied.

"Yes, why wouldn't she?" Robert laughed uneasily. "Why are you being so strange?"

Keaton looked down at his feet. "I'm not."

"Whatever." Robert stood up. "I'm gonna go get a drink, you need anything?"

"Yeah, sure, get me anything to drink."

Keaton sat there in silence, still thinking what made Violet leave last night and why she wasn't answering his texts. She was pretty interested last night.

Until he saw her. She was walking towards the backyard, well, that is until she saw him, her eyes widened and she turned to walk the other way.

He jumped to his feet and ran after her. "Violet, wait!"

She continued to walk away from him until he reached her, he lightly touched her shoulders and she turned around.

"Don't worry, it was a mistake and yes, I'll forget about it." She said.

"Well, hello to you too." He grinned, just too happy to see her. "What the hell are you talking about?"

"We can pretend last night didn't happen." She stared at him. "Did you tell Robert anything?"

"No," he replied. "Once again, what the hell? Why didn't you answer my texts? Or calls, for that matter."

"Because I don't like the embarrassment of someone telling me 'oh last night was a mistake, let's forget about it'."

"But, I was actually-"

"I don't want to hear it, Keaton." Violet shook her head. "It was a mistake. I threw myself at you and you obviously felt bad enough for me."

Keaton chuckled. "You threw yourself at me? Violet, I wanted you. Still do."

She stared at him a little bit longer with a blank face until it hit her.

She laughed. "What?"

When he stayed quiet, just shifting his weight from one feet to the other, her eyes widened.

"What did you say? What do you mean by that?" She asked frantically. Oh, Robert is going to kill her.

Keaton threw his hands up in frustration. "What could I possibly mean by that?"

"You don't." Violet shook her head, smiling uneasily. "You don't mean anything. You don't like me; you don't have any feelings for me. You actually hate me."

He frowned. "I don't hate you. And I guess, I do. I do have feelings for you. I always denied it because I was too much of a coward. Sue me."

Violet mentally face palmed herself or actually did it. "No, you can't be serious."
