I'm sure my writing isn't completely great, there's some punctuation that I need to fix but leave that up to me!

Third person (Y/N)

(Y/n) was very disappointed when he/she got to camp, although didn't loose his/her shit over it like his/her friend Niel, he/she was more into astronomy than normal science. Niel was a bit short tempered when it came to science but (Y/n) was different from him, he/she was a bit mad but made the best of it. When coming to camp he/she did expect some bullying like the occasional "Nerd!", "Geek!", and "Smart ass!" And that's what he/she got but they mostly targeted Niel since he looked a bit more "whimpy". Max was the main one to call him/her "nerd" and he was also his/her main friend at this sad excuse for a camp other than Nikki and Niel, Max was always trying to hang out with him/her but he/she always declined, science comes first in (Y/n)'s book.

Today was one of those days and (Y/n) could feel it, Max always tried to take him/her away from the science table on Saturday's. For now whilst (Y/n) waited he/she worked on seeing how he/she could possibly create a small cooling system so he/she wouldn't have to suffer the rest of the summer. (Y/n) was thinking maybe he/she can do something with dry ice but there's not many good materials at the camp to make something as complex as that. Maybe Max can work some shit out with the quartermaster's kitchen, there's gotta be something insane back there that he's hiding. Speaking of something (Y/n) wants to see it was getting a bit dark but he/she didn't move from the "science" table cause at night is his/her favorite time to work, under the stars and the moon too bad David makes him/her go to sleep otherwise he/she would've been out side under the night sky until the sun rises. He/she suddenly hears soft foot steps getting louder behind him as he/she sat there.

He/she then suddenly stopped working and turning his/her chair around knowing that he/she couldn't continue working anyway as long as he was there, (Y/n) sighed "Hey Max." Dullness clearly in the kids voice whilst Max stopped in front of him/her "Hey nerd, hope your not doing anything important cause I need to show you some shit."  Max looked down at the still unamused other with a devilish look in his eye "I'm kinda busy here but I will be happy to help you when I start to care about whatever plan your trying to rope me into." (Y/n) says sarcastically, Max just glares at him/her "Just hurry the fuck up." He wrapped his hand around the wrist of the small scientist and jerked him/her from the chair. (Y/n)'s eyes went wide as Max practically dragged him/her off the seat and forcing him/her to stand up, he/she looked at him with a long sigh "What do you want from me?" The scientist dusted off his/her clothes due to the dirt all around them, it was the forest after all. "Come on." Max angrily said as he started to walk towards the counselor cabins.

(Y/n) sighed not wanting to ruin his/her evening by doing some weird shenanigan. He/she followed anyway knowing Max wouldn't stop urging the hell out of him/her until he/she did whatever he was planing. Out of the corner of Max's eye he could see David following the other campers, making sure they went to there tents which meant David would be looking for the both of them soon so he started to walk faster. Passing the cabins and into the woods that were behind them (Y/n) began to feel uneasy, of course there was nothing in the woods. Mythical creatures and creepy forest stories were just told so kids didn't wander off into the woods on there own and either get lost or murdered by psychos who lurked in there for no reason, which was what scared (Y/n). Max didn't seemed phased by it mainly cause he was apparently scared of nothing so (Y/n) rushed to his side feeling a little safer that someone was going to murdered with him/her. "Max why are we out here? Surely whatever your planning can wait tomorrow when its... lighter out?" He/she said as he/she looked behind the both of them at the sunset, it was getting darker not to mention the trees covering most of the light around them. "We can't wait tomorrow cause what we're doing only happens at night which I know is something you like." He sighed the last few words sounding a bit flustered whilst he avoided eye contact with his friend who was well paranoid, not of the dark but what might be in it. "Of course, the night has so much to offer but no body pays attention to it." (Y/n) said as she/he looked up at the trees seeing the blue sky get darker as the tiny white specks appear making him/her feel more calm. Max opened his mouth to say something but quickly hesitated and just blurted something out "It's weird isn't it?" He laughed.
"What's weird?"

Max looked behind them for a brief moment seeing just trees and soft sunset peeking through the branches "How were even friends, how your different from the other pricks at this camp." He said quietly "How am I different? I'm just a star geek that loves being alone." (Y/n) had a way of pushing him/herself down without even saying the right thing, it made Max wonder if he was okay but didn't bring it up. "Geek is an overstatement, I'd say star nerd." They both giggled a little but awkward silence came afterwards whilst they just followed the small trial that seemed to be getting less and less visible.
