I was sat, eating, enjoying Emily's muffins, when of course, Sam has to ruin my fun, by calling everyone, (unfortunately that included me), to investigate a weirdly sweet smell that was in the forest. Couldn't they have the brains to just do it themselves, and not get me involved? But, no, I had to leave the delicious chocolate muffin, and join the group. (Just to make you hungry, and tease you, here's a picture of the chocolate muffin)

After spending a few minutes sniffing the air, we found a trail that lead us to the person. We followed it, of course, and it lead us to a small clearing that even we didn't know about. There seemed to be nothing there, so I turned and accidentally stepped on a twig that broke in half. All the rest of the pack, turned to face me, with faces that ranged from annoyed to bored. It was at that point that a person stood up, as fast as they could, and whispered, "normalis me". Now, I'm not sure about anyone else, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't English. Anyone? Nope? Only me then. Sam stepped forward, and so did we, well, apart from me, because I literally couldn't; I was already squashed between Sam and Quil. As we stepped forward, a girl came into view. Sam cleared his throat, and was about to say something, when a black cat came out of nowhere, and started hissing at us. The girl, though she was odd, was quite beautiful for a human. She was now talking to the cat, and having a conversation with it, but all we could hear was her speaking, and the continuous hissing of the cat in front of her. Sam started laughing at this, not because the cat was hissing, but because it was almost as if the girl could talk to the cat, which was impossible, especially for a human.

It was then that we looked at eachother properly, she looked over us, while we looked over her. Again, as Sam was about to say something, she ran off, the cat still hissing at us. Sam picked up the cat, to which the cat just clawed at his arms, before jumping out of his arms, and into the trees, above us. The rest of us, though Sam caught up eventually, ran after the girl. So, imagine our suprise, when we were so close to catching her, we neared the edge of the forest, and she jumped across the river.
We all knew that we weren't able to cross the border, but since Jake was already planning on going to the Cullen House, (Bella did invite him, after all), Sam made us, me, and Quil, go with him.

Meanwhile, as the three wolves ran to the house, (fully-clothed,) Sam was in the phone to Carlisle .

"We have just encountered a girl messing around in our part of the forest. We just wanted to let you know that she's already jumped over the river, and is heading your way."
