Camila's POV
"Thanks Als"I said after my friend Ally gave me a bag of baked goods.
"No problem Mila,see ya tomorrow.I will haunt you down if you dont come here"She said playfully glaring at me and I chuckled.
"See ya Als"I said slipping out of the bakery and I went to some ally.I sat down and I ate the food,leaving some for later.A bird came next to me and I took some crumbs and handed them to it."You hungry little pal?"I asked with a smile as the bird ate.I got up and I walked to a dumpster to check what was in this one.There was nothing important in there and I walked around looking for other dumpsters.Yup that's my life,for the last few years.My parents kicked me out after I got fired and I've been on the streets ever since,I got used to it tho.As I was walking I noticed a business women walking talking into her phone,well more fighting with someone.
"Oh my God,just leave those papers on my desk...Yes its for that project.Josh what do you mean by that?!...Well I dont care if I dont see them at my desk tomorrow,say goodbye to you're job!...Dont but boss me now!You had four days to do that and the last day you tell me its not ready...Well then stay there whole night and work on it!Good night Josh"She said hanging up and she sighed.Her voice sounded so familiar,so I sped up my pace a bit.Why not have a little fun and be nosy?
"Tough day?"I asked coming up to her and she turned around,I gasped.I was met with Y/E/C eyes that I knew from before.
"Camila?"She asked with wide eyes.
"Hi Y/N"I said and she pulled me into a hug."Okay Im really dirty so I wouldn't suggest that,you're fancy dress is gonna be as if you fell into a dumpster.Which is not as bad as it sounds actually"I said and she chuckled.
"What happen?Why are you on the streets?"She asked looking at me up and down.
"Oh Im just doing this for fun"I joked and she raised an eyebrow."Im kidding.My parents kicked me out when I got fired and I couldn't find another job.Now dumpsters are my bestfriends"I said and she bit her lip.
"Wanna come up to my place?"She asked and I shook my head."What why not?"She asked
"Cause I dont want you to bring home me and have you're partner freak out about having a dumpster girl in his or her house."I said and she chuckled.
"Well that wont be a problem"She said starting to walk and I followed her.
"What do you mean?"I asked as I noticed a few people give me dirty looks.Well I do guess it is weird to see someone like me next to Y/N.
"I dont have one"She said and I gasped dramatically,causing her to laugh.
"What happen with Lauren?"I asked
"Oh we broke up,it didn't work out"She said and I nodded.We arrived to a fancy looking building and Y/N started typing in the code.
"Oh hell no!This place is way to fancy for me,I mean even the dumpster looks fancy.By the way can I check it out later?"I asked and Y/N raised an eyebrow.
"First of all you are coming inside like it or not and second why would you do that?"She asked and I rolled my eyes.She took my hand in which I wasn't holding the food and pulled me inside the elevator.When we got to her floor I gasped looking around.
"Holy shit this is nice!"I said way to loud,causing a few neighbors to pop their heads out of their apartments.
"Mila calm down"Y/N laughed.One of the neighbors gave me a dirty look and I rolled my eyes.
"What never saw a dirty human before?"I asked and Y/N pulled me inside her apartment laughing.I looked around and it was so nice.It had white leather furniture,a huge TV and a awesome view from the huge glass window."Wow"I said and I turned around to see Y/N staring at me."What?"I asked
