Chapter 7- Finding A New Source of Light

Yes, it was Felix. When he realized that was me, He smiled at stood up. But his his face turned into a confused one when he saw my bag, my very big bag.

“(Y/N), where are you going?” He curiously asked. “Uh, errr, ahh….” I cannot utter a word. I don’t want to tell him, so I just smiled and scratch my head.

“Don’t you ever say,” He paused. “You runaway?!” He continued. I looked down when he realized it. Now things just get pretty awkward. “(Y/N), why did you do that?! Your parents might be worried for you if they realized that you runaway!” He said to me angrily. Worried? “My parents has a plan to drop me out of my school, then you’re telling me that they’re worried?!” I shouted at him, looking straight to his eyes. “My Dad even punched me in the face earlier! Don’t act like you know my life Felix.” I said with a bit of anger and sadness. Felix don’t know what to say, he just looked down and sat again at the swing.

Shoot. W-wha-what d-did I j-just do?

I-I screamed at Felix. I am completely ruined. I started to cry when I realized that I just shouted at my ‘’hero’’, the one who always makes me laugh. No, no…

A finger landed on my chin. It forced me to look up. It was Felix. He put his hand onto my cheek and wiped my tears using his thumb.

“Don’t cry, I don’t wanna see my bros crying.” He sincerely said. “it was my fault, sorry. Yes, I don’t actually know your life. I’m sorry that I try to bust into your life.” He said, he is now in tears. I smirked. “Felix, don’t worry. You already bust into my life years ago.” I said with a matching smile. I don’t want him to be sad because of me. He smiled then he looked deeply at my eyes, stared at them for almost a minute. Then he hugged me. W-wh-wha…

Felix released his comfortable hug. I explained what actually happened earlier. After that, Felix think of something.

“How about, stay at my house? It’s comfy there.” He suggested.

My eyes widened as Felix said those words. The words that I’ll never forget.

I simply nod. I can’t say anything, I’m speechless. I’m also tired.

“Oh? You look pale. Are you alright?” He asked me. He is really too concerned about me. I shake my head. My head hurts a lot. I don’t even know why.

I don’t even know w-, “FELIX!” I screamed. He carried me on his shoulders. Then he got my bag. Where are we going anyway?

“Felix, put me down right now!” I said to him. He laughed. “No.” He replied. “Wh-where are we going anyway?!” I asked. “To my car.” He replied quickly. I stopped struggling. It was okay for me to carry me like this but NOT IN PUBLIC. I feel like I was kidnapped by someone. I’m fine if it’s Felix though.

I hear a click. He probably opened the door of his car. He put me down. Oh my, his car is so comfy.

“By the way, where is your house?” I asked him.

(A/N: This is in London okay? Okay. Oh shoot, I don’t know much about UK. O_O)

“Brighton.” He gently replied.

Brighton?

BRIGHTON?!?!

He started the engine. Well, from London to here, it might actually take a while. “We’ll visit a convenience store before we head off. You look hungry though.” He said then he started to drive.

This is gonna be a long, long night for me. A long and hungry night to be exact.

“Hey (Y/N), are you comfortable there? You can transfer to the back if you like.” He suggested. I simply shake my head. I want to be by his side. I am okay here. “Are you sure?” He asked again. “Yes. And here we go again Felix.” I quietly said. “I was just concerned about you. I’m sor-“ “No, no need to say sorry. It was not your fault to be concerned about me. It’s my fault. No matter what you say, IT IS MY FAULT.” I explained to him while looking at him. Felix kept silent. He looked at me and smiled. Then his blue eyes again focused to the road. That smile, so heartwarming. Can’t I just take him and be my teddy bear forever?! Wait, that sounded wrong. Hah.

“Brighton, HERE WE COME!” I shouted, Pewds giggled like a kawaii girl. Wait, what.
