Stop Arguing With Me!!

Hello my lovelies!!
I know I haven't updated but I will so plz be patient with me. I've been busy with school and all of my advanced classes that I didn't have enough time for my lovely friend Wattpad ;-;
But anyways I hope u like this chappy

~Lucy's POV~
I walked into the guild hall, bright and smiling. It was a beautiful day and I'm not letting anyone get this day or me down! "Ohay-" before I could finish my sentence a chair flew my way and hit me in the side. I yelped in surprise and pain. I felt myself falling, and just like that I was defeated by a chair.
"Ok, who's the unlucky bastard today?" I asked, a dark aura spewing from me. As I was about to  get up I felt myself being lifted by strong arms. I looked over to see who it was picking me up. A flash of blond hair and a lightning scar. Laxus.

"Put me down!!" I tried wiggling out of him, but his grip was too strong.
"No can do blondie, aren't you injured?" He asked, almost jokingly.
"For one, I'm not. And FYI I have healing powers, I think I'm fine. So if you don't mind I'd really appreciate it if you put.me.down." I clenched my teeth. He looked me straight in the eye. And it wasn't one of those stares where you look at a person and the person is looking at you, playfully of course. It's one of those stares where it's intently and forcefully, like he was made to watch me. He was staring at me so intently that he didn't notice me bite him, and when I mean bite, I mean really hard.
"OUCH!!" He yelled in pain, "what was that for??"
"Stop staring at me you big goof! Also put me the fuck down, before I bite you 10 times harder!" I rolled my eyes back. If he doesn't put me down in 2 minutes I will bite.
"Wow blondie, I didn't know you liked me that much for you to mark me with your bite" Laxus chuckled. That's it, I had enough. I bit him on the arm again, this time with more force. I also used my powers to electrocute him. It all surprised him at once that he let go of his grip of me and I landed on my feet.

"I told you" I stuck out my tung and walked away, "now where was I...?" I put my finger on my chin and pretended to think. Everybody ran or hid. "I'm not gonna hurt you guys, I swear on my life!" I touched my heart, "ok probably whoever threw that chair will get hurt" I chuckled.

"Blondie stop bullying them" Laxus said crossing his arms.
"I'll bully you then!" I yelled. And then I realized what I said and blushed.
"I think I'll like that if it's you" Laxus grinned from ear to ear. I gave him a glare and ran off to the request board. "I'm going for a job" I said rushed.
"Not alone you aren't" Laxus put his arm out stopping me in my tracks. "Your not the boss of me" I crossed my arms across my chest.
"But you aren't going alone" Laxus glared, i returning it. "I'm perfectly capable of doing things on my own Luxax, I don't need you to tell me what to do" I walked away from him feeling confident. "Look blondie I'm just saying" Laxus turns to me, my back facing him. It's eerily quite in the guild, probably because of us.

I ignore him and walk up to the request board. None of them seem appealing to me, but I keep looking. As I look under pieces of request paper I find a request that suits my taste. I grab it and walk over to Mira at the bar. "Mira I'd like to do this job" I happily handed her the request paper. "A job for 100,000 jewls, defeating a lake monster.......in Hargeon Town" she read out loud, "sounds good Lucy! Who are you bringing with you?" I looked at her confused. "What do you mean Mira? This is all solo!" I put my fist up enthusiastically. "Really? Ok!" Mira chuckled, "have fun then!" I smiled at her.

"Hold on Mira" my mood rapidly turned, "your telling me your gonna let blondie go on her own?"
"What's the problem with that Laxus?" Mira gave him a smirk. "I'm just saying......" Laxus trailed off, before starting again, "what if she gets hurt and no ones there to...uhhh....help her!"
"Laxus I have healing powers! And I'm not a child, and your not my guardian! Mira please tell him that!" I looked at Mira pleadingly.
"Laxus she's right, if she wanted you to go she'd let you know, right Lucy?" She gave me a smile.
"Right" I responded, "but right now I don't want you to go Laxus" I took the request that was lying on the bar and walked away.
"Blondie don't move" I stopped a tick mark forming on my forehead. "WHAT" I said between clenched teeth.
"Your not going anywhere" he gave me a stern look. "Are you my dad? Are you my mom? Are you my guardian? That's right your not. So why do you have the authority to tell me what to or what not to do?" I argued. I was so frustrated!!
"I don't know!" Laxus yelled.
"Ok so if you don't know then don't say anything at all!!" I yelled back, stomping away angrily. "You better not be going on that job!" Laxus yelled.
"Well I'm not, I'm tired, so thanks! But I'm going to go tomorrow. Mira hold onto that request" I handed her the request and walked away, "oh and Laxus don't talk to me until you have a good reason to"

I walked out of the guild hall and onto the sunset filled streets. This is what I need I thought to myself. I need to get away from Laxus. I don't know what's up with him lately.
As I walked, I looking at my surroundings. Store lights were just beginning to turning on and people crowding the streets, it's beautiful when it's night time. I walked into this cafe where I could sit and possibly have something sweet to relax me and my brain. As I waited for the waiter to take my order a couple of guys came walking up to me.

"Hey miss" I looked up to see a guy with brown hair and turquoise eyes. He was wearing a normal T-shirt a flannel around his waist ripped jeans and combat boots. The other guys behind were smirking a whispering to each other.
"How can I help you...?" I asked feeling a little uncomfortable.
"Was wondering if your sitting alone" he asked, a toothy grin on his face.
"For a matter of fact I am not sitting alone" I said looking out the window. "Oh, so who's the other person sitting here" he asked looking around. "What's ever left of your sanity" I replied kicking him in the leg and and punching his gut, "look mister, if you wanna live another day, or at least til you find the respect you should show women. I suggest to not talk to me right now, as you can see I'm not in the best mood. So if you wanna get on my nerves I suggest you and your buddies leave me alone" I gave him a sweet smile. He and his friends slowly backed up, him lumping away.

"Dang blondie you sure do pack a punch!" I know that voice from anywhere. I rolled my eyes and saw Laxus. "Laxus for fucks sake, leave me alone" I looked up at him, my brows scrunching at the sight of him, "I also told you to now talk to me if you don't have a good reason to"
"Aww come on blondie, I know you love me" he gave a smirk. I've had a enough, I got up and walked to him. My head held low, just like wind he was slapped. "Laxus, just leave me alone" I walked away out the store and to my house.

~Laxus's POV~
I lifted my hand to my cheek. She just slapped me. Lucy.just.slapped.me. "Should've never gotten onto her bad side man" I looked over to my right and saw a guy in the booth, "she kicked the dudes butt before you, funny part was that she did it in front of his friends. I'm taking that you both know each other that's why she was easy on ya" I looked at him. "What would you know" I snapped. "I know enough when to listen to a women who wants to sort out her thoughts" he got up and walked over to me, patted my shoulder and walked away, "oh one more thing. Make sure you listen to her next time" and that was it. He just walked away. Gone with the wind. Ok a little exaggerated there. "I should've just stopped arguing with her and let her go on that job" I rubbed my head furiously with frustration. "Ugghhh Laxus what wrong with you!!"
People started to whisper. I totally forgot I was in a cafe.

Hope you liked the chappy!! I'm also sorry for not updating a lot ;-;
But a writers block is a writers block. This chappy is just a cover for my writers block so I can think up some good fight scenes and plots, but I still hope you like it!! So plzzzzz....
