An old friend

Hello my lovelies^^ I'm so glad that wattpad is listening to me. I'm hoping to make this chappy longer so be prepared!

•Lucy's POV•
As I was walking uncomfortably down the sidewalk to my house I could feel eyes on me from everywhere. It didn't take me long to figure out that someone has been following me and everything.
"It doesn't take long for me to tell that something's wrong!" I said, hoping the person could here me. I waited, tapping my foot on the pavement.

"You know I could never get around you" the voice chuckled. I turned around to see it's source. "Who are you?" I asked, feeling my goosebumps rise and a chill go down my spine. I could see a smile rise from under his cape, "hold on....." I hesitated. Thinking. I knew who he was, but it felt so distant and far.
"Come on Lucy! You know who I am!" He threw his hands up dramatically. All the while I was still thinking, trying to wrap my head around this. "Tehlm(tel-m)?" I asked. Feeling my heart grow. "Seriously?" The man questioned sarcastically. "No that can't be right" I rubbed my chin.
"You got that right" the man commented. I looked up at him for the last time. "Simon?!" I finally said. He chuckled a familiar chuckle and pulled his hood down.

I gasped, one of surprise and happiness.
"Simon! I thought I'd never see you again!" I ran up and embraced him, his arms wrapping around me.
"Ah Lucy it's good to see you! How've you been?" He let me down and I smiled cheerfully.
"Simon I have so much to tell you! But first don't scare me like that man! That really frightened me" I patted my heart and sighed. He chuckled "Sorry kiddo, didn't mean to do that" He sweat dropped. "Anyways," I clasped my hands together, "I'm doing great and I joined a guild! I'll tell you more, care to trouble me?" I asked gesturing to onwards. "I'll trouble you only for today" he laughed and we both walked on cheerfully talking and catching up.

After me and Simon talked and had tea he had to leave. Of course I asked if he wanted to stay over at my house since it was near the cafe that was still open at this godly hour.
"Lucy you don't you have to. Plus you might be tired cause I sure am. I'm seriously tired from traveling. I'll pay for a room and be on my way!" He said taking out a sack of jewls.
"Oh Simon, I'll pay for today but make sure to pay me later ok?" I took out a sack of jewls. "I'll visit tomorrow, and then it's back to traveling" said Simon. I smiled softly, "It was nice catching up Simon, it really was." He smiled softly back at me. "I'm glad you think that way" we both hugged and parted, tomorrow will be a new day. And plus, I thought, he'll visit tomorrow.

I opened my apartment door and walked in, too tired to clean I went straight to bed. As the darkness overwhelmed me I was soon into a dream.

"Simooooooon~~ how long do I have to hold this on my shoulders!?!?" I complained. The weight of the bricks crushing me.
"Stop being a baby, time will be up in one minute." Simon said not even looking at the timer.
I heaved a sigh and stood perfectly still. "Ughh...this is killing me." I looked at Simon to see a reaction. "Your complaining is killing me" he glared at me, sending a shock down my spine. "Haha......I'll stop now" I stood once again still, anticipating for the timer to go off.
The air was still and only a little breeze went through, Simon was a guy that I've met in my travels. I had asked him to train me to be an earth mage. So far I know some techniques but I have more rigorous trainings up ahead.
During my travels I have learned many new Magic's, like mind telekinesis. I don't know if you can call it a magic but it is to me, adding all these new techniques to my vocabulary gaines me more power, but with power there is always a limit. I bought limit lacrimas just in case I get to over powered. But with more training I'll be able to take them off and control the power inside me that was given as a "gift"

My mom used to say to always treasure it, and it's a part of who you are, what you are, and your made for something wonderful you just don't know it yet. I believed every word, cause I knew that she was right. I am no monster and I'm not gonna let that happen, not ever. So that's why I train, that's why I work harder than what's needed.

I snapped out of my thoughts when the timer went off, I sagged letting the bricks fall to the ground. "AHHH FREEDOM AT LAST!" I yelled falling to the ground in exhaustion.
"Oh come on! That wasn't that bad" Simon exclaimed.
"You weren't the one holding bricks on your shoulders. 10 each to make it worse" I breathed in and out. Simon just chuckled and found a spot right next to me. We were both looking at the vas sky.
"To think, I haven't seen the whole world yet, and I've traveled so much" I reached for the sky.
"And some day you will, with the right people by your side" I heard Simon say, "you just have to find it"
I smiled at that.
"Yeah"

Hello lovelies~~ not as long as I want it to be but I know all of u have been anticipating a chappy. So I hoped u like me this one and I'll try( like all my ending sentences) to update as much as possible.
