All's Fair in Love and Revenge

Chapter 1

The wind was blowing the trees with their newly blossomed leaves and flowers as winter was turning into spring. Emily rolled over feeling the warmth of her husband as he lay still in the bed. Emily let out a sigh knowing that she had been crying in her sleep again. Emiy got out of bed and headed towards the bathroom to grab a towel and to changed into her bathing suit. She walked down the stairs and unlocked the front door and headed down onto the warm sand. Emily wondered why this whole divorce thing between her and Daniel a few months ago had got to her so badly. He shot her for crying out loud!

Emily dropped her towel and jogged into the icy water. She started swimming as fast a she could until she could no longer breathe. She lay on her back and let the water wash over her face. The salt in the water stung her eyes but she did not care and pushed the pain away. She let the current pull her as far into shore as it could before she was able to stand again. She stood up and walked to her towel and put it around her and headed back towards the beach house.

'Have a nice swim Honey?' The sound of Aiden Mathis's voice echoed around the room.

'It was great thanks Babe.' Emily told him.

'Want me to make you some coffee?' Aiden asked.

'Yes please! Gosh, that water is cold.' Emily laughed.

'Why don't you wait until summer to start swimming again?' Aiden asked.

'I can't, I've missed it to much.' Emily smiled.

'You're part dolphin you know that?' Aiden told her. Emily winched at what he said. That is what Daniel had told Tyler and all her memories came flooding back. Her memory had not yet come back to normal after the accident but she remembered things everyday. Aiden saw the sad expression on her face and walked over to her.

'What is it Em?' He asked.

'I just remembered something.' Emily told him.

'What was it?' He asked.

'One day, After Daniel and I had gone for a swim in the ocean, Daniel told Tyler that I was part dolphin just like you did.' Emily said.

'You still miss him don't you?' Aiden asked her.

'Sometimes.. But I love you more!' Emily smiled.

'I love you.' Aiden said kissing her gently on her pink lips.

Aiden went back to the stove where he had just started to cook the bacon when Emily hit a huge wave of nausea and ran to the bathroom. Aiden ran after her and opened the door, Emily's head was in the toilet.

'Em, are you okay honey?' He asked holding up her dripping hair.

'I'm fine.' Emily sighed.

Emily sat against the bath tub and hugged her legs.

'Do you want me to stay?' Aiden asked her.

'Its okay, you go and cook the rest of your breakfast.' Emily told him.

'Shout if you need anything.' Aiden kissed her forehead and walked out the bathroom. Emily stood up and walked out the bathroom and went upstairs to the en-suite bathroom. She opened the draw and her eyes caught sight of her unopened box of tampons.

'Shit!' Emily whispered loudly.

She then saw her pregnancy tests lying next to the unopened box. She grabbed one and opened it. She sat on the toilet and then got up. She flushed the toilet before looking at the test. She was to scared to look.

'Aiden' Emily called.

'I'm coming Ems!' He called back. Within two minutes Aiden was upstairs and in the bathroom with Emily. Emily held out the pregnancy test and showed Aiden.They eyes grew wider as they looked at the test.

'I'm pregnant.'

A/N: So this is my new book, and the idea was inspired by mine a Laura's little revenge conversations and this was her idea. I don't think that I will be carrying on with 'Perfectly wrong' because I have no idea where the story is going! But I hope you all like this one and comment if you want me to carry on writing this one! Thanks
