It was dead silent. Even the waves crashing along the shore seemed to have calmed down. The wind stopped and all you could hear was heavy breathing. What was Daniel seeing? Why did he come back for her? did he really love her that much?
'What is going on?' Daniel asked patiently.
'Daniel... I can explain' Emily started.
'But how? How can he be back, he is supposed to be dead!' Daniel shouted.
'I also believed that until he told me the truth. '
'What truth! ' Daniel demanded.
'Would you like to explain how you faked your own death?' Emily asked glancing towards David.
David breathed in and out, trying to calm himself down. He explained everything. how the white haired man was ordered to kill him by his father and how Victoria helped him escaped at the right time. He explained that he had been in hiding for the past twenty years.
'So Em, why are you with him?' Daniel asked.
'When you left me at the beach house, I ran down here and found David. I'm so sorry Daniel but I have to leave.' Emily sighed.
'What! No! you can't leave me!'he cried. 'I'm in love with you Emily Thorne' tears spilled down his face.
