"How about you bring in one of your suboridnates Roy!" a female behind a bar counter asked

"Or how about he takes one of us out!" another called out

"Or maybe I can come back at another time when I get a rule changed?" Roy countered

"Who you got your eyes set on this time Roy-boy?" a gruff female asked

"Well, I have my eyes set on an old friend of mine, unfortunatly before I would say anything, she joined the military, shes a state alchemist and on top of that, is a military officer," Roy joked

"What's her name?"

"Well, her name is-"

Just then another female walked in and she immeditly notcied the Colonel and slowly walked over to him

"Hello Colonel Mustang, sir," she said

(Roy's POV)

There she is, God I wasn't expecting to see (Y/n) here. Guess recommending a bar in the team room was a bad idea.

I snap out of my thought when she orders, her voice always seems to make me focus, like Hawkeye's

"So... I wasn't expecting to see you here," I said smoothly, trying to seem less awkward

"Roy, please, I can read you like an open book, remember? We're closer then everyone on our team, except maybe Hawkeye, but nonetheless, you're feeling awkward dont you?"

"Yea, I guess I am,"

"Told ya,"

"What are ya doing here anyways?"

"Tch, geez, short-term memory much? You recommended it to the team and I had nothing to do so I decided to check it out, wasn't expecting to see you drinking though," she laughed

That laugh is like a child's, sweet and innocent. Unlike mine, I lost mine in the war

"Roy? You okay? You look upset,"

"Oh, erm, yea, I'm fine,"

"Well, I'll see you tomorrow then, do you have a ride?"

"No, I was gonna walk home, or get a taxi,"

"No you're not, I'm driving,"

"It's alright, really,"

"I'm driving you home, and thats final, you are probably drunk, you are not getting a taxi,"

"Alright, you drive," I grinned and wrapped an arm around her neck

(Y/n)'s POV)

I sighed Oh yea, he's drunk, way to drunk

"Start a tab, I'll be back tomorrow to pay, I'm taking him home before he drinks anymore, he'll have a nasty hangover tomorrow, don't need it any worse," I told the bartender

"You take care of him alright?" she told me

"Don't have a choice," I chuckle and laugh, putting the drunk Colonel into the car and driving

We pull up to our apartment and I drag him by the arm into the elevator, he won't make it up the stairs. We go up to our floor and I hear a noise behind me, and I sigh, seeing Mustang passed out in the elevator. I just barely, managed to carry him into the room and put him on the couch, a garbage can nearby. I grab some blankets and a pillow for him, lift his head and put the pillow under it, and threw the blankets over him and went to bed

Time Skip

I woke up to the sound of groaning coming from the living room, I get ready and went to check on Mustang. I walked over to the couch, to find Mustang, holding the garbage can, his head stuck in it, I laughed and he quickly looked at me
