Well this is fucking lovely. You were not in the mood to be dealing with a fiery red head but of course Kushina wanted to see who you were and what woman is her ex-husband seeing. You did not want to deal with no baby mama drama or ex wife shit but you did sign up for this when you said yes to asking him out. She wanted you to go to his house and you begged Minato to meet in a more open place but he insisted so you sucked it up. So here you are in front of his house and you took 3 breaths before ringing the doorbell. You waited patiently and Minato answered the door and he smiled at you with a pleading smile "Hey Y/N." He hugged you close to whisper in your ear "Please please don't fight." You felt your eye twitched but smiled nevertheless. You walked in and went straight to the living room where a woman was sitting with long red hair and the brightest blue eyes.

"So this is the infamous Y/N that my husband likes." Your eye twitched again

"Ex husband." She looked at you before rolling her eyes and tsking

"Oh sweetie, don't get it twisted just because we are divorced doesn't mean he still doesn't love all of this." The first thing he told you was to not fall for the bait and here you were doing just that

"I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have divorced you if he loved you." That's when Minato butted in

"And if you didn't decide to fuck another man." Your eyes widen as you glanced over at Minato who was staring at her sternly. Kushina seemed to be just as surprised

"Eh, I don't regret it he fucked me good." You felt your blood boiling but you kept it in "And FYI I'm Naruto's mother not you." You rolled your eyes

"Get over yourself Kushina I'm stealing Minato not your son." Kushina stared at you twitching as she fisted her hand to her side and you both stared at each other tense. She gave you a once over before storming out bumping your shoulder on the way out and slamming the door. You heaved a breath and you stared at Minato who rubbed the back of his neck and wrapped his other arm around your waist.

"It could have went a whole lot worse."

"Yes it could but I'm surprised she didn't try to fight me." He chuckled before hugging you tighter

"Want to come with me to pick up Naruto?" You nodded your head.
