Keira gently dabbed the wet cotton on Rick's forehead, completely ignoring her own wounds. He was wincing visibly, but Keira didn't do anything about it. The sooner she finished, the sooner he'd be better. There was no time to feel bad.

"How did you find me?" He asked, trying to ignore the annoying stares the other guards were giving the two. Keira was used to it, but Rick wasn't.

"I searched." She simply answered, tossing the cotton aside as she placed a bandage on his forehead, then took the medical kit and brought it to the small cabin of the quinjet. She tried avoiding looking to her right, but she couldn't help the curiosity that the man lying almost lifelessly on the seats sent her.

The Winter Soldier looked menacing while sleeping just as much as he did when he was awake. His whole face was contorted into a focused and hurting look, but Keira couldn't bring herself to feel pity for him.

She walked back to her brother, but was stopped when Steve Rogers called her, making her stop on her tracks. She unsurely reached him, observing the dark sky in front of the quinjet for a moment.

"When we get back, don't say a single word. Let me talk, even when they ask you to, ok?"

Steve Rogers wasn't despotic, and he definitely wasn't severe with people, but Keira understood why he was acting like this. She had went against the rules, doing whatever she wanted instead of following what Rogers had ordered her. He should have been terribly pissed, but the thing was that her recklessness had allowed him to find his long lost best friend, and he couldn't help but feel slightly grateful.

"How come?" She asked, anyway.

"It doesn't matter, just know that this is the first and last time I let your mutiny go. Next time I'll go straight to Fury, and you won't like it."

Keira smiled and nodded at the Captain, before returning to her brother.

"Hey, Jones, have you been a bad girl? Do you want me to teach you how to behave?"

Keira completely ignored the harassment, instead placing her head on the wall of the quinjet and closing her eyes to try and get some sleep. She couldn't, obviously, because it had been months since she had last seen her brother, and he wanted to know everything about how she was doing.

Now that he was safe, she wasn't sure that bringing him to SHIELD was the best choice. He was still a criminal, and she had to accept the fact that they might have not welcomed him as an old friend, but rather as a threat that needed to be confined. Still, she somehow found herself trusting Steve Rogers' words, and considering that the Winter Soldier himself was coming back with them, too, it wouldn't have made sense for SHIELD to focus on her brother.

"This is insane."

Keira tapped her foot on the ground with anger, her arms tightly crossed on her chest as two guards uselessly kept her from moving forward, forcing her to simply stand there and look as her brother was taken away.
