CHAPTER TWO
JAMIE'S POV:
When I opened the door, I saw my best friend Claire. "OMG Jamie, are you okay?!" Claire asked while looking really concerned. Instead of answering her, I hugged her and stood their crying in her shoulder. Claire came in my house, and came up to my room with me. I sat their crying into my pillow, while Claire was rubbing my back. I heard the door creak open, I look up to see Karli standing their. Her eyes were all red and puffy. "Claire, could you give me and Jamie a minute to talk?" Claire said it was fine, and went downstairs. Karli came over to me and sat on my bed. "Hey kiddo, how are you feeling?" Karli asked. I looked up at her and responded. "Horrible, I can't believe they would do this to us." Karli just nodded her head in agreement. My phone buzzed, and I reached over to grab it.
Claire - Hey, I had to head home. I Hope you feel better.
Me - Thanks, It's a long story but I'll explain it to you tomorrow.
Karli decided to continue with the conversation. She began "We are moving in a week I guess, so you better get packing if you want to have stuff. Also, I looked up are house, its really nice, I think we are gonna like it their." I looked up at her and half smiled. Karli got up and left my room. I still just layed their on my bed and thought about everything. I was moving from Michigan all the way to North Carolina. I'll be leaving all my friends behind. I'll be starting a whole knew life. I soon felt my eyelids get heavy and fell asleep from thinking to much.
