Chapter 8

SHAWNS POV:

I was walking Jamie back to her house which was about 5 minutes from my house. Me and Jamie were walking side by side down the sidewalk. Her hand was next to mine, so I grabbed her hand and held it. She looked up at me and smile. She is beautiful. Everything about her is beautiful. The way her eyes sparkle when she's happy. The way she laughs, and she has the cutest dimples every. I know I am two years older then her, But Jamie's 14 birthday is coming up. I really like Jamie. Even her name is beautiful, Jamie Marie Meadows. I just can't get out of my head. Me and Jamie were walking by a park, where she stopped dead in her tracks. I looked where she was looking and saw a girl in my grade, Jordan. She was with my friend Ben, let's just say this, they were basically sucking each others faces off.  

"I can't believe she would do that to him." I heard Jamie say under her breath.

I think she thinks I didn't hear, but I did.

"Kissing him?" I say

Jamie looked up at me worried.

"No, That's Hayes's girlfriend." Jamie said.

Hayes is dating Jordan, the school slut. Me and Jordan go way back. Now I just realized, That Jordan was the one Jamie punched. Now I am actually glad that Jamie punched her. She deserved it for cheating on Hayes.

JAMIES POV;

I can't believe that Jordan cheated on Hayes. I mean technically Hayes cheated on Jordan to, with me. But when I walked in on them it sure seemed like Jordan didn't care. But, I won't say anything to Hayes because he will probably get mad at me. Me and Shawn continued walking until we reached my house. Shawn walked me up to my porch. He is such a gentlemen. 

"Thanks for everything Shawn." I say while somewhat blushing.

"Anything for you." He said while looking at his shoes.  

Now we were both blushing like crazy.

"Let's take a picture for instagram." Shawn said while extending his arm.

We took and he posted it, the caption read 'I love my best friend :)'. 

"Send it to me later." I tell him, while going in for a hug. I kissed him on the cheek. I backed away and walked to my front door to go in.

"Bye Jamie." Shawn said while walking down my walkway.

"Bye!" I yelled after him.
