Trees (imagine 2)

I looked through the cracks in between the trees. There was a boy around my age playing alone in the grass. I toke a step closer to the outskirts of the forest. I stepped on a stick and I made a cracking sound. The boys head whipped around and his eyes went directly to me. I froze. For a solid 5 minutes we just stared at each other. We both were in shock.

He was the first one to say something. "Hi! I'm Josh! What's your name?" He asked sweetly as he got up and walked closer to me. "Hi, my name is Y/n" I said.

Age 13

I walked up to school. I saw Josh with the popular kids, I shrugged and ran over. "Josh! Hey!" I yelled as I ran closer to him.

He turned and looked at me with discuss. "Ew what do you want loser?" He asked. I looked at him shocked. I was unable to get any words out. I just stared at him. Finally the bell rang and I just walked into school confused.

Age 18

Today was the last day of school. Ever since that day when Josh and I were 13 he has been bullying me. So today I was going to confront him. I walked up to school when I here Josh yell, "Hey emo faggot!!" I turned around and stormed up to him.

"Listen here Josh! I don't know what I did to you to make you all of a sudden hate me and decide to bully me but I just want you to know that you will never get though my shell!!!!! I will always be stronger than you!! I know all words are knives that often leave scares (See what I did there?) but your knives never broke the soul!!" I yelled. And stormed away.

Timeskip

I walked out of school and immediately felt somebody grabbed my shoulder. I turned and saw Josh. "What do you want?" I asked "Listen I just wanted to say sorry because the only reason I bullied you was because I have a crush on you" I looked at him and said "You said some hurtful things but I think we can start over" He smiled at me and we walked off together.
