Kid Jerk

Hey," Henry smiled at his soon to be ex girlfriend Jules, but he had no idea. "Hey," Jules sighed sadly looking down. "What's wrong? You seem...upset?" Henry questioned dimming his eyes in concern and worry.

Jules took a deep breath. "I can't do this anymore," she admitted. Henry tilted his head in confusion. "Can't do what?"

"I....I feel like you're cheating on me honestly. You're always sneaking off without hardly any notice after your phone/weird watch goes off and you are never allowed to tell me where you're going. I mean, if you found someone better....just tell me to my face rather than keep lying to me like that."

Henry stayed silent. He had no idea what to say now without making it awkward. "No! No of course not Jules! That's not the truth at all!!"
"Then what is the truth Henry?!" She screamed, causing Henry to stay silent once more.

"Exactly...." she looked down, shaking her head sadly. "I-I'm sorry. I just can't keep doing this anymore. Bye Henry," she hugged him before she left the building, Henry felt extremely guilty and confused right now. Did he just lose his girlfriend? What's going on??

Henry sighed as him and Ray transformed into Captain Man and Kid Danger for a comic-con they would be attending that evening. "Hey guys, you're going to be late. It starts in 15 minutes," Charlotte warned, showing her phone time.

"Hey, maybe this'll get your mind off of you know who," Ray smirked, nudging Henry who instead just returned a glare. "Yeah, totally!" Nobody knew if Henry meant that seriously or by sarcasm, but they just decided to go with it as they went to the tubes.

The comic con was packed, the most packed it has ever been. Great, now Henry has to interact with people. Worst of all the fan girls. He really had no feelings for girls at the moment, which made it even harder because most of the fans were girls, who Henry kept thinking everyone of them were Jules.

Henry sighed with frustration as he leaned his back against the autograph signing table, closing his eyes as there was a crowd around them. "Hey, before we start I gotta pee, I'll be back," Ray announced to Henry before taking off.

Henry sighed rolling his eyes. "Alright, calm down everyone! Calm down! Once Captain Man gets back we'll start the convention, in the mean time go enjoy yourselves with everything else, or whatever..." he waved off his hand to the crowd that exchanged smiles with one another and began heading off.

Finally, some alone time. Henry thought to himself as he sat down at the table. "Excuse me??" A little girl voice said out of no where, scaring Henry who jumped out of his seat. "Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you!" The little girl giggled. Henry narrowed his eyes at the girl.

"Can I have your autograph?" Henry stood up narrowing his eyes more as he snatched the girl's pencil with his super reflexes and snapped it in half right in front of her dropping it as if it were a mic. The girl looked up at her hero shocked with tears in her eyes.

"W-why'd you do that?!" She began to softly cry in front of him. Henry scowled. "Now you know how it feels to have YOUR heart broken!!! There! You happy now?!" Henry screamed at the girl, causing her to now be in hysterics.

"All I wanted was an autograph and a picture!" He then froze when he realized everyone was now staring at him, holding up their cell phones. "Excuse me! Kid Danger," a woman came over to Henry hugging the girl.

Crap. That must've been her mother. "Yeah?" Henry sighed annoyed placing his hands on his head in embarrassment. "That was very rude of you to do that to my little girl! You know she looks up to you a lot, you're her role model you know. All she wanted was an autograph, you had no right to treat her that way!"

Henry held back his tears as the audience cheered for the mother. "Where's Captain Man? I'd like to speak with him about his rude little sidekick!" The audience cheered once more.

"Well maybe you don't know what I've been through this week alright?! You don't know my real life and what's going on! You have no right to judge me like that! It's not fair!" Henry screamed at the woman, causing the audience to boo Henry. "Hey! What are you booing ME for?!" Henry demanded.

"I'm your superhero sidekick, I'm the one who protects you people! You should be THANKING me right now!" The audience booed louder as some re watched the video of him shouting at the little girl.

Henry narrowed his eyes scowling at the audience. "Ok, fine! Be that way! But don't call the Captain Man emergency hot line if any of you are in trouble! Because I won't be there!" The audience clapped as Henry stormed out of the comic-con.

For the first time in a while, Henry began to cry. He has never had this much stress and hate on him before.

Henry's arms were crossed as he came down the tubes wiping his eyes. "Hey! How'd it go?" Charlotte smiled walking over to her friend. "I'm done! I'm done saving people!" He screamed, throwing off his mask on the ground.

"Henry! Your mask!" Schwoz gasped, pointing to the mask on the floor. "Uh oh, what happened? And where's Ray?" Charlotte sat next to Henry who sighed burying his hands in his face.

Henry sighed shaking his head. "I don't know and I don't care right now. I wish I never took this stupid job in the first place." Charlotte was about to open her mouth to say something, when Schwoz turned on the news.

"Hey guys! Look at this!" He turned up the volume to the tv as it came out in front of them.

"In other news, why is Kid Danger acting like such a jerk?" Henry sighed burying his face in a pillow not wanting to watch the rest. "At a comic con convention earlier today, a young fan came up to Kid Danger and asked for his autograph, you'll never believe that this happened;"

Charlotte and Schwoz stared jaw-dropped at the video as Henry moaned loudly hoping it would drown out the sound of the video. "Henry! How could you do that to a fan?!" Charlotte asked totally shocked at Henry's choice of actions.

"I've had a rough day alright?!" Henry snapped back. Henry turned around when Schwoz began laughing at his phone. "What?!" Henry demanded crossing his arms.

"Some of these comments to Kid Danger on his Twitter!"
"Let me see!" Charlotte took out her phone staring jaw dropped at some of the comments. "Ohhhhh, this is bad."

"What?! Can I see?" Henry went to grab Charlotte's phone but she pulled it back. "Yeah, you may not want to go on social media for a while....but we have to fix this, and fast."

Henry sighed as Schwoz put on his thinking face. "Yes, but how?" Charlotte and Schwoz exchanged looks as they both got ideas to end this once and for all.
