[8/23, 19:04] Marilyn: Oh and talking about great subordinates, if you can't find any,the Lord has shown me, that a great leader makes the subordinates great. The leader trains them to be great. And I have always believed that when I train someone, I should aim to train that person to be better than I. Otherwise, there will be no improvement for the future. If a student can only do what the teacher does, then the standard is static at that level.
[8/23, 19:13] Marilyn: And the other thing that the Lord taught me is that the leader or teacher must make sure that we continually improve and add value to ourselves, otherwise we will not be able to add value to anyone else's life. So we must be great, to make others greater. How can we teach, when we know nothing? How then will the future generation grow?
