FEMA Evacuation Center, Battery Park, Lower Manhattan

Avery Slowly approached battery park to find a destroyed and abandoned building. What building is this? She said to herself. Avery looked around for a door and when she found it she went inside. Inside the building avery already knew what it used to be. She look straight at the center wall to see a broken seal of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. This used to be a evacuation center, Avery said. A sharp pain emerged from avery's knee. I need to take out the glass and patch my knee up, She said. She looked around to see if she could find any bandages, but any kind of supplies they left here likely got stolen. Avery went back outside and looked toward the Ocean. She saw a destroyed statue of liberty, And a Boat. Avery walked down the steps toward the dock to see a motorboat tided up.  She went up to the boat and untied the knot  and hopped in. Okay so how do i use it? Avery asked herself.  She looked around the motor to see if she could find a switch or button. She then noticed this giant lever connected to the motor. She pushed it down and off she went.

Avery was heading to a friend of her's who lives in Fort Lee New Jersey. Meaning she would have to go underneath the George Washigton Bridge to get there.  But the more she looked ahead She saw a NY Waterway boat stranded on the water but it was filled with infected persons. It was blocking her route into New Jersey. Avery could tell the boat was there on the water for at least a full day and a half. Half of it was missing. Avery looked around to find another route, but she couldn't find any other way. She noticed that that on the base of the Bridge, there were metal bars that cris-crossed each other. She followed the path from the base to the top of the bridge. Luckily enough, The GuardRail Broke Apart From a Car That Crashed into the Hudson River. She guided the boat toward the leg of the bridge. And began the climb to the top.
