 May's POV

We finally got home from the movies and Riley asked if I wanted to spend the night, I said or well wrote "of course love!" she smiled and dragged me to her room. It looked wonderful and it was so colorful like a bunch of raimbows and stuff. She had some drawings on her wall and they were amazing.

"You like?" she startled me and I smiled and nodded.

"Thanks, I really like bright colors and rainbows, they make me happy. The drawings just express how I feel. The one over there, the one of you and I. That makes me feel like i'm loved." she pointed to the one abover her bed. It was in fact a picture of us. I was holding her hand and my head was on her shoulder and she was smiling wide.

I quickly write on my paper. "I like that picture, and Riley, you should know you are loved. I love you. Your parents and Auggie loves you. Why don't you realize that?" she looks at my words and sighed.

"I just felt like I didn't really matter anymore like in school, Lucas ignores me and talks to Darby and I'm just alone and I hardly have any classes with you hun, when I come home my parents are usually at work. I don't get to spend time with them." she sits on the bed and I sit down by her.

"it's okay, you're worth it" I write and I set down my paper and lift up her chin and look her in the eyes. I mouth "I love you" to her and something came over me and I kissed her. It wasn't a long kiss but It meant so much to me.

She means so much to me.
