Ch.2 We Meet Again

Evan's(Vanoss) Pov-
"Well it was nice to meet you!" I hope he heard me...

"YO DUDE!!!" Tyler slams his hands on my shoulders "you got put by the loser kid!!!" he laughs.

"His name is Jonathan.." I tell him and roll my eyes. Everyone gives me a wired confused look.

"Who gives a fuck what his name is, he is a loser" Tyler says "I mean he only has two friends and all three of them are in band and they sit at a table by themselves at lunch"

"Well sometimes two friends is all you need..." I say and push through them.

"What has gotten into you man" Brian says "you are usually cool about us making fun of them, I mean they are losers after all"

"Sorry I'm just stressed and tired from the game last night" I say "didn't get much sleep"

"Well then you should've came to the after party!" Brock nudges my arm "It was sick!"

We stop at my locker and I put my math things away, "don't you guys ever want to be seen as more than just the jocks or the populars?" I ask

They all shake their heads, I sigh and shake my head.

"I'll see you guys later.." and with that I head go my next class.

Time skip-

Jon's Pov-

Lunch time finally rolls around and Anne, Craig, and I meet up at my locker.

"Ugh...Did you guys get good seats in Lee's?" Anne asks look very annoyed

"Not at all...He sat me next Mark Fishbach, the really muscular kid. The entire time he was either talking to his friend Sean to the right of me, or he was talking to his girlfriend Amy who was behind us. It was so distracting!" Craig says.

"Well I got sat next Thomas Sanders and he would not stop humming and singing. Like come on man I'm trying to work!!" Anne complains.

"I got sat next to Evan Fong..." I say and shrug.

"You sit by Evan Fong...oh my god Jon I am so sorry, I bet he was giving you so much crap!" Anne says

"No not really..we don't really talk" we walk towards the lunch room.

"Seriously he doesn't pick on you or anything?!?" Craig asks shocked.

"No, not at all. He actually asked my name today...it was weird" I say. The other two shrug and we get our food.

On our way to our table Sydney strolls over past us but right as she does she sprays perfume and it gets right in Anne's eyes.

Anne walks into her and spills her lunch all over Sydney..

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Sydney screams at the top of her lungs "YOU RUINED MY CLOTHES YOU CARELESS GIRL"

Anne, who is still trying to see with the perfume in her eyes, replies "Well if you didn't apply so much slut mist I wouldn't have bumped into!"

"Hey! You better watch it..." Tyler says. He gives all three of us a death stare. Anne gives him one right back.

For a split second Craig and I thought Anne was about to fight Tyler. That was until.."Hey whoa everyone just calm down, this was just a big accident" Evan came to try and resolve the conflict.

Tyler pushes me to the ground, "Know your places.." and stormed off.

"Evan, can you help me get this food off my chest.." Sydney winks and bits her lip, but Evan brushes her off and she too stormed off.

"Hey are you okay" Evan asks and helps me up.

Still in shock that he didn't leave to, I reply "yeah I'm fine, it isn't the first time I've made friends with the floor"

"Looks like we meet again..Jon isn't it?" he asks putting his hands in his pockets.

"Yeah, you..uh..you got some pretty interesting friends." I say rubbing the back of my neck

He smiles and nods and for a second I could've swore I saw a hint of pink in his cheeks..probably just me imagining it.

"Yeah sorry about them being total jerks, are your friends okay" he looks over to Anne and Craig. Craig is as red as a tomato from embarrassment and Anne's eyes look like they're on fire.

"Yeah they've been through worse, we'll be fine" I reply.

Evan and I make eye contact and I know now why every girl is in love with him...

"Uh...well We better get Anne to the nurse.." I say breaking eye contact.

"Oh right! Of course..I'll, uh, I'll see you tomorrow then..see ya" He waves his goodbyes and joins his friends.

I smile thinking about tomorrow...He could have any girl in this school, but I'm hoping he doesn't choose a girl...

One thing I want to point out is, I know that Evan and Sydney aren't a thing anymore and I know they probably aren't talking anymore but in this story I think of Sydney as crazy for Evan and she is the really popular girl that thinks she is better than everyone...so yeah!
