Jesse's vision was blurry as he looked up to see Hanzo shaking him by the shoulders.
"Jesse.. Jesse! Je-" The voice changed as Jesse woke from his slumber.
It was Angela.

Angela rubbed Jesse's shoulder as he lifted his head from the bed.
"Jesse. You're still in here?" Angela sighed.
She waited for a reply but soon accepted she wouldn't be getting one.
"You need to eat.. Come on, Get up" She continued, reaching under his arm to help him up.
"No." Jesse said sternly, "I ain't leavin', He needs me doc".
Jesse shrugged Angela's arm off him which was met by a scoff from her.
"..and you need food Jesse." Angela advised, "Come with me to the cafeteria please".
Jesse pushed his hair out of his face and turned to Angela.
"Don't y' understand? If he were talkin' right now he'd want me here with him" Jesse sniffled.
"I do underst-" Angela tried to comfort Jesse before he cut her off "I don't think ya do".
"Jesse. If Hanzo were speaking at this moment in time I know for a fact he would not want you here starving yourself. You need food" Angela stressed firmly, "Just take a break, You can come back to see him later and who knows? He may be awake when you get back!".
"But I wanna be there when he wakes, I wanna be the first thing he sees" Jesse said, turning back to the hospital bed.
"At this rate you'll be back in a hospital bed, don't forget you still took a nasty bump to the head." Angela commented, placing her hand on the bandages over Jesse's head.
Jesse moved his head away from Angela's hand.
He wanted nothing more than to be with Hanzo but he knew Angela was right. Hanzo would hate to see him like this.
"Do you know what Hanzo would call you right now?" Angela teased.
"A fool.." Jesse pouted.
Angela nodded playfully.
"Let's get you up" She smiled, reaching under Jesse's arm once more.
She was happy to see the man finally cooperating as he climbed to his feet with her help.

Jesse placed his hat over Hanzo's chest and turned to follow Angela as she lead him out of the room.
They both let out a sigh as Jesse shut the door behind him.
Before they began to make their way along the corridor, Jesse stopped at the window and placed his hand on the glass.
"I'll be back sweet pea.." He muttered to himself.
Angela took Jesse's arm, tugging him along the corridor.
She seemed to be in a hurry, although Jesse couldn't possibly think of why that would be.

Angela took a sharp turn to the right and Jesse followed after as consistently as he could.
Finally, They came to a pair of double doors at the end of the corridor.
Angela stood to one side and ushered Jesse towards the doors.
He swung the doors open to reveal a cafeteria full of people.
Patients, Visitors and Doctors were sprawled throughout the room socialising.
Jesse looked back at Angela.
Before he could protest, Angela began to shut the door behind him.
She was stopped by his firm grip on the door.
"You'll be fine. I'll be back soon" Angela reassured him.
Jesse loosened his grip and let the door fall shut before turning back to the rest of the cafeteria and gulping.

After deeper inspection, Jesse discovered he'd have to wait in a queue for a full lunch.
His alternative was vending machine food; It wasn't his first time using the vending machines here.
Jesse approached the vending machines and ran his eyes over what they contained, tapping his bottom lip with his finger.
He'd decided on a Tuna sandwich in the end.
Jesse threw his hands into his pocket to search for some spare change.
He pulled out just enough for a sandwich that Hanzo had given him the day before.
He sighed and pushed the coins into the vending machine before selecting "G2".
Jesse pulled his sandwich out from the vending machine softly, he felt numb.
Trying his hardest to avoid eye contact with his peers, he made his way to an empty table in the corner of the cafeteria.
"Out of sight, Out of mind" Hanzo used to tell him.
It didn't work, however.
A couple of familiar faces from when he was in his hospital bed had noticed him.
Jesse tried to ignore their obvious acknowledgment and unwrapped his sandwich, taking small bites out of it.
He continued to eat, hoping he could block out their voices.
"Hey.."
Jesse looked up to see who it was, although the voice had already given wind to it being Lúcio.
Lúcio sat down next to Jesse and turned to him.
"You alright man?" Lúcio asked him.
Jesse did not reply.
"You can talk to me" He began to sweat.
Jesse was beginning to shed a little tear as he thought of what to say.
"Nobody visited him." He finally said sternly.
"What?"
"Nobody visited Hanzo when he was hurtin' yet y'all came running to me because of a bump on my head!" Jesse stressed, raising his voice.
The cafeteria was silent as a couple heads turned to look at Jesse and Lúcio.
"Somethin' look funny to ya?!" Jesse yelled angrily at the others and pushed himself up, storming out of the cafeteria.
Lúcio was lost for words, he returned back to the group as they discussed who should follow him.
Jesse angrily made his way outside.
His nose was streaming as he lost it, letting out all of his tears at once.
His legs growing weak and his voice hoarse, Jesse fell to his knees below one of the decorative sakuras which surrounded the hospital in a plethora of pastel pink.
He hadn't even noticed how cold it was outside, the rain had cleared and was replaced by a light, soothing layer of snow.
Jesse pushed one arm out in front of him on the ground, the other held on his head.
He tried his best to steady his breathing and calm down.
"In-- Out--" He repeated to himself, his warm breathe surrounding the air around him.
His breathing finally steadied as he sat in silence on the frosty ground.
Behind him was a gaggle of his friends.
They were all pushing Sombra to speak to him, although she was clearly hesitant.
Sombra approached Jesse carefully and sat herself down next to him, shivering at the cold environment around her.
"Heyyy Amigo" Sombra smiled awkwardly "How ya feeling?".
Jesse gave her a cold look but was willing to open up to her.
"Hey Liv; Look, The truth is I ain't been given much good stuff in my life" He turned to Sombra, "Hanzo's down right been the best I ever had, I dunno what I'd do with myself if I lost him".
Sombra was a little shocked at Jesse's sudden vent at her.
"You'd still have us.." Sombra attempted to comfort him.
"I mean.. He'll be fine, you both will" She smiled awkwardly, after noticing Jesse's discomfort.
"Thanks, Amigo" Jesse sighed, biting at the side of his mouth.
Sombra placed her hand on Jesse's shoulder, which was soon met by an intense hug from Jesse.
As sudden as it was, Sombra accepted the hug and patted Jesse on the back before climbing to her feet again.
The others were watching from a distance, Jesse could hear the gossip.
"Don't worry about them.." Sombra sighed, "They're just being good friends."
"Yeah, I know, I think I just need t' be left alone right now, if I'm honest with ya" The distraught cowboy replied.
"Jesse, I'm going back inside; I expect you to follow, I don't know how you're able to survive this temperature" Sombra started, beginning to walk away from the sakura they were sat below.
Jesse spared himself a small laugh under his breath "Truth be told, I'm freezin' my boots off right now".
Sombra laughed as she joined the others to return to the hospital.

Jesse shut the door behind him slowly as he made his way inside.
He was shivering as he lifted both palms up to blow into them and generate a little heat.
"Jesse..!" A voice called down the hallway.
He looked up from his hands, his eyes directed forwards.
The voice was followed up by fast paced clicking of heels on the hospital tiles.
It was Angela once more.
She stopped in front of Jesse to catch her breath as he watched her amusingly.
"Any news?" Jesse snorted.
"Yes.. He's awake!" She gasped in between breaths.
Jesse's eyes widened at the news as he clenched his hand tightly against his waist.
"Yer serious?" He asked.
"Yes! Come on!" Angela replied, raising her voice in excitement as she waved her hands.
