Now daddy and brother run whiskey in a big black dodge.
You could smell whiskey burning down Copperhead Road.The people round here are crazy.
Most know bout what happens on that road.
People mostly men and boys disappear.
Women and girls don't dare to go down it.
Everyone has been told through the generations.
You better stay away from Copperhead Road.All it takes is one time going down the road for me to get attached to its lifestyle.
Now one girl is all that is brave enough to get down in that holler with the snakes and the danger of getting caught.It may be just a scary story now but it was once a real thing.
Copperhead Road still exists even though people say it's a myth waiting for someone to be dragged into its depths.
