Chapter. 6

Eretria's pov

I could feel that Katie was looking at me and all of the sudden her lips were against mine. It took me a moment but before I could kiss her back she pulled away.

"I um I h-hav.." I grabbed her face and kissed her once again.

This kiss was better the way our lips danced among each other. Her sweet scent filling the air. Her soft warm fingers holding my neck. It seemed as if the kissed lasted for hours. Though it was truly a couple of minutes.

"That was amazing..but Eretria...I'm not r-ready for a relationship. I'm sor-.."

"It's okay Katie, I'll wait for you to make a decision."

"Okay, I guess I better get going i-i mean you know I have work and stuff not because of the kiss or anything like that."

"Okay, bye."

"Bye I'll see you later."

With that she left, leaving me to crave her touch, to feel her lips against mine. I wasn't upset with her I was happy. I'm not sure why I just am.

I went into my room and put on some clothes. What am I gonna do today? One I need to clean my house I'll need help maybe Aeh could help. I went over and asked she of course said yes. I offer to pay her for doing such nice things for me but she says no.

"So what did you and Katie do?"

"I um nothing we talked made breakfast and yeah."

"Oh really?"

"Yes really."

"Mmm okay Eretria."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Nothing."

"Mmm okay Aeh."

"Hey! Hehe I just said that."

"Said what?"

"You know."

"No I don't." 

I couldn't help but laugh, she got annoyed and huffed and then all I heard was a big thump.

"D-did you just fall?!" I managed to say between laughs.

"Uh no, I'm giving the floor a hug."

I laughed harder and fell to the floor.

"See now you're hugging the floor as well hehe."

"Aeh..shut up! Hah."

After a few minutes I finally stopped laughing wiped my face because I was laughing so hard I cried.

"E, are we friends?"

"I guess so Aeh I guess so." As I was getting up I was tackled to the ground by Aeh.

"Yayyy!"

"Oh god."

"Thank you for being my friend."

"No problem Aeh."

"Its no prob bob hehe Bob."

"Okay uh no problem Bob."

She laughed and we finished cleaning the house. Aeh was constantly falling and every time she feel I'd laugh. So my mouth and stomach were sore because I was laughing so much.

"Hey babe, you in here?"

Knowing that voice I said hi to Skyler and sat down. On what I thought was the couch but it was actually Aeh.

"Ahhh get off of me!"

Before I knew it I was on the floor laughing.

"It's not my fault you weren't paying attention. I didn't know you were there."

"Yeah yeah I know so E would you like to come over for dinner."

"Honestly no I'm not even hungry I'm gonna take a hot bath and head to bed."

"Okays hehe bye I love you."

"Bye Aeh." Once they were gone I sighed and got into the tub.

"I miss you Katie.."
